I order my food around 12 am or sometime after through the mobile app. First it took awhile to place the order ugh. Second I’m assuming they thought I was going to be mad because of how long the process took for the order to go through.
Anyways my order wasn’t ready by the time my ride had to leave. So I call the store to inform them I still want the order but there will be a slight delay. They had no issues with it.
The understanding that I received when I picked my order up was amazing. The manager was awesome and the young lady. Usually I beef with this drive thru but tonight was immaculate. March 7th night March 8th morning. Whomever y’all where that was working thank you so much frfr. My food was hot and amazing. Helped me sober right on up and now I’m going to bed

I think it’s finally time to say it…fast food just isn’t what it used to be. There was a time when the food was more affordable, orders were accurate, and if something did go wrong, a manager would step in and make it right. These days, it feels like customer service is an afterthought, wait times at a drive thru is like sitting in a restaurant, and if someone on staff is having a bad day, you’re guaranteed to have one too.
Every time I’ve ordered from this Wendy’s, there’s been an issue. Either something’s missing, or it’s made completely wrong. Most recently, I ordered two Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers…neither one had lettuce, and only one had a tiny sliver of bacon that barely counted. How can you mess up the main ingredients of the item that’s in the name?
To make matters worse, when I called the store to politely let them know, I was met with nothing but attitude. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just more frustration. If you don’t want to be at work or deal with customers, maybe take the day off. But don’t take it out on people who are just trying to get what they paid for.
Wendy’s, do better. The food and service should match the prices we’re now paying.

I am downgrading this Wendy’s after purchasing a takeout evening meal for my wife and I today. They show photos of their Cinnabon pull-apart. So I added the Cinnabon Pull Apart (cost was $3.79) to our order of a Bacon Cheese Potato, Jr Cheeseburger Delux, a Chocolate Chunk Cooky. Those were good. BUT, the Cinnabon Pull Apart was hard as a rock. No softness. I had to try eating it with two forks to pull chunks off that were very dry. In fact, the center section was so hard I couldn’t eat eat. It was either cooked too long, or had been sitting in a warmer for multiple days. The icing was melted, so it was warmed up before serving it to me. THE CINNABON PULL APART IS NO WORTH ANY THING, definitely not $3.79.

I bit into a completely raw sandwich. I will be speaking to management tomorrow. The time is now 11:45 pm 03.20.2024. I couldn’t even leave a voice message on the phone. What a horrific experience. I suspect that my elderly mother fed my dog a raw sandwich. How come! How come! They will be getting their raw sandwich tomorrow!

Went thru drive thru and when asked what I wanted to order I told her and no answer. So I went.forward and they weren’t sure what my order was and when I finally got it IT WAS A MESS. Burger hanging out of bun and you can’t really fix it because of the cheese. I expect better

Order food in drive thru. The young man was nice but the young lady that gave me my bag wasn’t friendly. Food wasn’t fresh. Nuggets wasn’t fresh they were rubbery, fries was old. Why have customers waiting in drive thru if you going to serve cold food..At this point Wendy’s need to be replace with another restaurant in Clayton nc service is not good. Workers should treat customers food like their own if you don’t want cold fries, rubbery nuggets why give it to a customer. Workers just don’t care bc it’s not their food.

Ordered a Bacon Egg & Swiss thru DoorDash half an hour before breakfast ended. Got soggy bread with bacon. No egg. Couldn’t re-order because they stopped serving breakfast by the time I found out.
Y’all had one job. The main ingredient is literally in the name of the item. I’m guessing they didn’t have eggs cooked and didn’t want to cook more because breakfast ended soon after.

A waste of money and disgusting inedible food. The lettuce was wilted the mayonnaise had permeated the bun making it soggy. The tomatoes were sunken and shriveled. The burger meat was dry and the buns were rubbery at the edges. I used to enjoy this wendys location but it is beyond apparent they fell off. I wasted money and the food already being expensive was a massive disappointment. I will not be back here ever again. If you value your hard earned dollars either go some place else. This place does not deserve your business offering gutter trash to patreons like we are some sort of farm animal.

I entered Wendy’s on October 16, 2025, looking forward to dining in. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, I was not greeted at the door, and I noticed that the individuals working the drive-thru were more focused on shouting, “Who got front?” rather than welcoming guests or ensuring that someone would assist us promptly.
The staff exhibited rude behavior and appeared untrained in proper guest service, which contributed to a disappointing visit. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this Wendy’s location.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes to improve the guest experience.
