I did not realize how much I was missing good customer service until coming through this Wendy’s drive-thru one night after baseball practice. The woman that helped us at the window on the evening of 1/23/26 definitely deserves a raise she was very pleasant and helpful and had a great attitude and made sure we had everything that we needed and that are food was fresh and hot. It was just a random and quick moment in our evening but for it to leave an impact speaks volumes. This is the only Wendy’s I will recommend

I don’t remember the last time I had good food from a Wendy’s. This location is no exception. The food is always cold and tastes microwaved. Just a disgusting franchise. It’s weird because we always have to wait for our food and it’s always cold!!!

So this says that they are open until 1am but good luck getting anything after 9pm. This location sucks. They need to fix their hours. This is near a huge apartment complex full of students and a super charger in front of it. Missing out of so much business since they cannot be bothered to stay open.

Very rude employees and bad customer service. Window was shut in my face twice when I was talking by a gentleman with blueish green hair. The lady taking my order was very rude and I never received a receipt. Food was cold and not fixed properly. I was purchasing some food for an elderly lady and it made her sick. I was told by the gentleman working the window that they were short of help and had a lot going on. He mentioned that they only had two ppl working and they both were stressed out. They could not handle pressure at all. I advise you all to take your business elsewhere. I would’ve gone to Chick fil A had they been opened, they always have great customer service!

They always forget to give me an extra butter and sour cream after explicitly ordering extra for my sour cream and chive baked potato but this time there was literally no sour cream, the potato was overcooked, and there was no utensils. You might be wondering why I didnt check it before I left, well it was a door dash order to Davis library. So super upset that this happened. ONLY reason I dont give it 1 star is because I do like how its open late since it was 11:30pm. But still super sad!

The signboard at the entrance advertised a free Frosty Jr, but I was told that offer was only valid “yesterday”. (I double-checked the sign on my way out but there was no date on the sign). I dined in, the food was fine, and my first Coke was good, but by the time I needed a refill, the soda machine was not working. The soda was bubbly but I tried 3 regular soda flavors and none of them had sugar. This was during the lunch rush. I asked at the counter if they could refill my Coke with the other machine, which they very nicely did, but it still tasted a bit strange. A bit disappointing overall.
