For one I paid for the meals in drive thru. And the lady gave three meals in one bag! Went inside to get two additional bags… got on 40 highway… opened my sandwich wrapper. There was nothing but pickles and lettuce on my sandwich! I asked for lettuce, pickles, onions and tomato! So I googled their number to call and complain to see if they’ll fix when I head back home.. but I got no answer!! And I called four times straight! Lady has an attitude and I’m almost sure she was the manager. This incident took place on 2-2-2026 at 15:45.. I WILL be back to complain! This is unacceptable! On top of that she had an unpleasant attitude on the speaker like she hates her job. Was not friendly at all. I will be contacting corporate!

I placed an online order for drive thru pickup. The order was ready when I arrived and everything was correct. I even had to specialize 2 of the items, and those were correct, which is GREAT! The gentleman at the window accidentally filled too many drinks for us, and when I told him, he offered me the extra drinks at no charge. Very quick and friendly service. Thanks!

I just went through the drive thru and got a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and a small fry. The fries had to be cooked sometime yesterday because they were hard, cold, and stale. The sandwich was about the temperature of the Arctic Circle. The lady that took my order was pleasant and very friendly. However, the rest of the staff were not hitting on much. There were some going out to a car in the parking lot that was just hanging out there. I won’t say it looked like a dope deal but… I can promise you that I will not ever spend another dime at this Wendy’s.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your locations on the morning of September 22, 2025. I have always associated Wendy’s with quality food and friendly service, but my experience this morning was deeply disappointing.
The individual who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their tone and manner of speaking were not only discourteous but outright unacceptable for someone working in customer service. Instead of a welcoming interaction, I was met with hostility and dismissiveness. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy—something that was entirely lacking during this visit.
This type of behavior reflects poorly on the Wendy’s brand and undermines the reputation you have worked hard to build. I strongly urge you to address this matter with the staff at this location and take the appropriate action to ensure no other customers experience such treatment.
I hope that Wendy’s will take this complaint seriously. Please confirm receipt of my letter and let me know how you intend to address the situation.

I entered this Wendy’s this afternoon around 2:25 and there were 2 workers at the front counter ( one was a Team / shift lead ) weighing an order and discussing what someone was fired for ! They didn’t address me at all ! No Customer service skills whatsoever which created a very unwelcoming experience! I will never return to this location on hwy 210 in Clayton!

Rude customer service. The lady at the drive through with glasses hates her job and you can tell. They got our order wrong and she had zero customer service and was very dismissive. We will not be returning to this Wendy’s again.

Came here for some food with my SO, we ordered and the cashier was friendly. It did take a little while for us to get our food, but that’s understandable as they were a little busy so. They were kind enough to let me know when my nuggets would be ready, and brought them out with a sauce to my table.
They had given me the wrong burger as well, but quickly gave me a new one and let me keep the wrong one. Overall, the staff was friendly and caring, the food was good and the vibes inside were chill. It was an overall quiet place, which made it nice to eat and have a conversation, without any headaches.

The drive thru lady was very knowledge I asked about a new frosty they had that she explained everything to to me which I will be trying at my local Wendy’s but the chicken nuggets was hard but the food was hot nuggets tasted like they were refried service was good
