I always come to a Wendy’s to get work done and this location is terrible. Very packed, slow service, bad staff.
Worse of all, no WiFi. Like it just won’t connect. Other Wendy’s don’t have this problem and I can work just fine.
If you like the chain (which I do), I would not come to this location and go somewhere else.

This battleground Wendys is pretty good. The Wednesday nugget meal was great!! I enjoyed the mystery sauces
The new raven’s blood frosty (cherry flavor) is absolutely delicious. I would have that frosty every day!

The second time I’ve gone to this Wendy’s, sat in the Drive-Thru waiting for someone to come over the intercom and take my order and they never do. Both times I drive straight over to Chick-fil-A and get my food in a couple minutes.

I timed my mobile order perfectly in the drive-thru lane and hit submit when I was next in line, yet still had to wait 10+ minutes while staff acted like it didn’t exist bc they left me at the order window for so long. Not even busy with just a couple cars in front of me. Showing my order confirmation was apparently “not helpful,” and only after giving me a hard time did they locate it. Mobile ordering is supposed to save time, not turn a quick pickup into a frustrating ordeal.

I don’t know what happened over the past couple of years, but this Wendy’s has completely turned itself around I assume better management and better hiring of staff. I only ever use mobile ordering because I hate waiting in line in general and people ordering in person is what usually keeps the lines long. The past five orders I have placed here either for myself or for somebody else have been completely perfect. I picked up some food last night and it was hot fresh and made to order as I requested.

Ordered 2 caramel cold foams, they got them wrong. Then when the remade them they were still wrong. All of my food the fries,the nuggets, the burgers were cold and they had a attitude about fixing the drinks in the first place, I recommend finding a different Wendy’s
