Almost every time I come here since last August I have issues. They always have you “wait” for your food to keep their time down even when it’s a mobile order that’s been in the system. Even after you wait 5/10 minutes I’ve still received cold and old food. I rarely get fresh food even though they have us pull around to the front EVERY SINGLE TIME. I work right up the road from this location is the only reason I even keep coming back. Some times the people are nice but most the time the window lady has a mean attitude and acts like she hates her job. This last time tonight (1/8) I placed a mobile order was asked to go around front and see 2 ladies not doing nothing on company time doing hair in the lobby. That’s very unacceptable. This wendy’s needs major reconstruction with staff and upholding procedure. None the less. I expect a change or I will continue to write reviews and contact corporate. Enough is enough.

I just want to take the moment to give yo-yo a very special shout out. She was so kind in the drive-through. My food was fresh and hot. My drinks were to a perfectness and a drink tray and she was very patient and understanding. Thank you so much. this is why I choose this Wendy’s all the time.

I come to the drive thru just sitting there not once did the lady say welcome to Wendy’s one moment I’ll be with you. So I say hello. The lady says you don’t have to say hello. I said well say something vs having someone just sit here and it’s only one car ahead at the window. I call up there and she claims to be the manager. Y’all need to hire better people with better customer service skills. 2 drive thru lanes and can only run one. It’s suppose to make drive thru time better and multi task. Wrong person as a manager if she truly is.

The lady taking orders at the drive thru was so welcoming as if she was taking my order at a fancy 5 star restaurant..She did ask me & my family to pull around the wait wasn’t long and the gentleman who bought the food to the car was just as kind..I’ve been to this location during the day & I don’t get much of the same service or freshly made food..After a long day of traveling the night crew definitely made my stop before bed worth it! Keep up the good work!!

Let me start by saying that I rarely take the time to write reviews unless the experience is truly memorable—good or bad. Unfortunately, this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

My family and I visited the Wendy’s on Randleman Rd in Greensboro, NC, across from Cook Out. Cook Out’s line was backed up, and Wendy’s was nearly empty, which in hindsight should have been a warning.

We placed our order:

• A Biggie Bag with a chicken sandwich and nuggets, with honey mustard
• Two spicy chicken nugget combos with Sprite and BBQ sauce
• One spicy chicken combo with no tomato and a Sprite
• One Dave’s Double combo with no tomato and a Sprite

When we reached the window, the young lady with glasses and a do-rag handed us only four drinks. I politely asked for the fifth. We also noticed there were no straws. When we asked for them, she responded with an attitude and told us to pull forward because the food wasn’t ready.

We waited in front, and a woman wearing a bonnet brought out four bags. I told her we had five combos and were missing food. She went back inside with an attitude and returned saying nothing was missing except fries. I assumed that was the issue and accepted the fries.

Then we realized the honey mustard we requested wasn’t included. I went inside to ask for it, especially after my wife pointed out the bonnet employee’s attitude.She was told that if she didn’t want to be pleasant, she shouldn’t have come to work. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, she charged me $0.57 for the sauce—after they had already messed up the order multiple times.

To make matters worse, the spicy chicken sandwich that was supposed to have no tomato came with tomato, and my wife is allergic. At that point, it was clear we had paid for terrible service from start to finish.

When they said customer service is dead, this place is the perfect example why employers are going to automated service and firing incompetent and overwhelmed employees that come to work right out of bed.

When is the last time you changed the fry grease. Or do you always serve day old fries at 11am. Customer service is always friendly here. But fries are always a let down. Also NO RECEIPTS GIVEN BUT I GUESS I KNOW WHY.

Only ordered large fries, and started eating in the car. They are cold, a bit hard and even seem stale…what lousy food !

I simply ordered a combo with a drink, no one else in line , they gave me wrong drink and refused to take it back and make it right.
After realizing they were not going to give me what I ordered, I asked for a refund from the manager. She responded that she could not do that. I’m confused as to what manager is not allowed to give a refund to a customer, (while I handed them back the bag of food), but I’m guessing she was not a real manager. I’m not sure the store actually had one.
Then, I left, throwing away the order that was not mine. No refund, no remake. I’m so confused and shocked by their behavior.
