Newly opened, so far, it’s the best Wendy’s around! I’ve been twice. Once, inside, and once, drive thru. Both times employees were super friendly and efficient. Food was served hot n fast. Very impressed with how nice the drive thru employee was today. Nov 20 at noon. When’s the last time a window associate asked “how are were doing today?” Keep this simple but unfortunately rare level of customer service and this location will be immensely successful! Thank you!

Ordered drive thru. Got home, which is 2 miles away and got my food out. My fries and “nugs” were room temperature if not colder. Picture is my wife’s naked potato with chili, but there’s basically no chili. I was really hoping this would be a good location since it’s brand new but this is exactly why I rarely eat fast food. I hope they improve in the future after reading some of these reviews.

Very slow crew and not trained properly on equipment used. Many people waiting in line for orders and pick up. Many incorrect orders, including mine. D8n8ng area dirty and flies were everywhere. No go for me, I would suggest you drive to the next one.

I have been to this Wendy’s a few times and have never had issues with my food or drink. This time my sprite tasted off like they added something else into it. My Big Bacon Hamburger was cold. When I got to the windows she said my order was 10.90 but when I finished order the computer/AI said it was a 11.00. If it was 10.90 and I gave you a 20 the change would be different. When she handed me my food she didn’t give me my sauce for my fries. So, I waited until the next lady open the window and when I asked for my sauce she said that will be 0.53 cents. I said I already paid for it. Then she gave me one. I have never paid for sauce before.
After taking two sips and two bits of my hamburger to make sure I was tasting what I tasting. I am sick to my stomach now. I will not go back.
The only thing that was good was my fries with my one sauce!

First time trying to go up there I went into the lobby because the doors were open for the dine in and was told they could not serve me and that I needed to leave because somebody/ the manager on duty forgot to lock the doors(she couldn’t even figure out where the manager on duty was). Didn’t even bother getting food, just left and went to another place

Went to the drive through and had to wait for order! When I finally pulled up and received my order, it was cold! The fries tasted as if they had been laying there all day. The area was so happy about getting a Wendy’s but if something don’t change, they will not last. Oh and also, was told they had no chocolate frosty, only vanilla!!!!

So yummy. Very hard working staff. Young little blonde cashier was nice and efficient! Food made fast and fresh. When my order was messed up, a young, tall asian girl was very helpful.

Several drive through visits to this location several times my order is either missing something or the quality is inconsistent. Upper management needs to figure out if their employees are overwhelmed or if this is an issue with training. Will (very likely) not be going back to this location.

only compelled to review since this location seems to rly be getting dragged. it’s brand new – like 2 weeks old. do they need a little improvement? sure, but i’ve been twice, and at the end of the day, satisfied. i’ve done mobile pick-up and drive-thru, and in both cases, yeah, the food was a little late, but still exactly what i ordered and up the the typical Wendy’s standard. chill out folks, they’re working it out – this franchise is totally fine imo. will return.
