I have not been to Wendy’s over a decade and I see why now. Did not greet me as I was told my total, very terrible service at the drive-thru. The bacon has been sitting on this burger the ketchup seems like it’s been sitting on the bun, waiting for a hamburger to put it on top of, the fries are cold and dry. The bread was crumbly as if it’s been sitting out waiting for a hamburger to put it on top of it, this is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to. But my drink it was OK. I can say that it wasn’t flat. Wendy’s have to change their atmosphere and get people at the drive-thru that are happy and wants to serve you. They have to get workers who want to deliver Wendy’s great burgers that it used to be. Needless to say I will not be returning back to that Wendy’s on Cone Boulevard. Lunch cost me $11.69 and I did not enjoy

Hi stopped at Sands dr. approximately at 1030pm, placed 2 orders. Got to window cashier had rang it all under 1 order. She got Mgr. to separate. Order 1 was a Dave’s single with cheese only mustard, lettuce, tomato. It was cold and I had to ask for napkins. Order 2 was large chilli, asiago ranch can sandwich, and strawberry frosty lite whip. Sandwich was cold and the cashier must not have liked that because Mgr came over to man-splain to me hiw they don’t microwave. Chilli bag had no spoon, napkins, or crackers nor straw/spoon for frosty. Blew horn to ask for it but Mgr nor cashier came over, the cook had to hand us everything. I was not nasty, or loud, or angry. I’ve eaten there before but never had such horrible service and food.

This is the worse Wendy’s restaurant I have ever been to I ask for a # 1 with a large sweet tea I pay for my food then I’m told they don’t have the sweet tea when I finally get my food I get to my car decided to eat it in the car my food is cold cold the burger is cold the fries are cold I will never come here again had to wait about 15min for cold food. I would not recommend this Wendy’s to and one. The service is terrible!

I arrived here around 7:40am on a Thursday morning to get some breakfast. I wanted to try their French toast sticks. I placed my order via the app. They had a $2 off breakfast combo in the app, which was awesome. I got home fries and strawberry lemonade with the 6 PC French toast sticks.
There was no one in the drive thru line. The dining room isn’t open until 9am. The cashier at the drive thru was really friendly. I got my food at 7:44am. I waited until I got home to eat.
The French toast sticks were mediocre at best, even when u dipped them in syrup. I wouldn’t recommend, honesty. On the other hand, the home fries were tasty and better than their regular fries. The strawberry lemonade sways hits 🙂

They are starting to get the idea of lighting. The place was lit finally but the 2 large name signs are not lit properly. At least the place looks open at night now. It is in a very good location so maybe people will start to take notice again. I went by to get the biggie bag with a double stack, Fries, nuggets and a small drink for $6. It serves the purpose. I actually went through the drive-thru this time.

Definitely could be more organized at this location. Staff did not seem to want to be there as well. It seemed understaffed in my opinion as well. The food was all right. Definitely a sketchy part of town as well.

It would’ve been better if the cashier at the window didn’t have an attitude. She informed me that they didn’t have any chili in the store for the taco salad and I told her I would take the salad as is, and she rolled her eyes at me. I WILL NOT be going back to this location ever again.

Don’t really leave reviews often but sometimes giving a place multiple tries is tiring. I’ve worked fast food, and I still currently work in service sector. Having AirPods in while working certainly does lead to messing up orders. So when I have to correct the order and I get home to see stuff is still wrong it is frustrating. I understand it isn’t a fun job and working with the public can be rough but it isn’t that difficult. I rarely come here because things are always messed up and every time I’m reminded why I should just go to one of the other surrounding restaurants. Would just recommend you head somewhere else.

Do not go here!!!! I ordered a son of a baconator and they gave me something cheaper!!!! And the burger on THIS IS NOT COOKED!!!!!! She asked if I wanted the receipt, I said no thinking everything would be okay but I WAS WRONG!!! Transaction happened about 1:10am on 3/24 when their “ card machine was down” DO NOT GO HERE ***Update because I went straight back, they were very apologetic and gave me a refund….but even when I handed them the burger they were disgusted. Seriously uncalled for!!!
