Everytime I go to this location, they are out of one or more of my items. I buy a Jr. Frosty key tag, every year, everytime I order I chocolate frosty, the machine is down or they are out of chocolate mix. I ordered nuggets and they were out of sauce, I ordered fries they were out of ketchup….. ALL ON THE SAME VISIT! & I wasn’t told until I got to the windows. This is the 4th time this month, that they did not have an item I ordered!!… The ONLY reason I even stop there, is bcuz it is close to my doctors office!!

I went here to pick up a mobile order 2 weeks ago. Was very slow and then I found out they didnt have one item and i still haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone to get my money back. The rest of the order was cold and stale almost inedible. I used to love wendys but this is just insane.

Food was fine but super cold. They locked the doors before the specified time on the app so when we went to pick up the order instead of walking in and grabbing the food that had already been prepared we had to wait behind 8 cars while our food got cold. Also this was the amount of bacon on my bacon cheeseburger… Randleman road is way better everyone there deserves a raise!

Employees were pretty chill-by chill i mean not rude but not over the top and fake smiles. Ordered and was out the door in maybe 8 minutes. Got one of the brownie ice cream treats (not sure the name. I dont go out much). Chicken tenders and fries were good quantity but food wasnt 100%hot. More of room temp. Otherwise, nice little location

The kitchen area was NASTY old food and oil caked up under fryers and counter tops
Fries were dry stale and cold.. They did give me fresh fries after I asked for fresh.
Lobby appeared to be clean, but the smell was not so pleasant.. Will not be back..

I stopped by this Wendy’s for a quick bite, and while the service itself was fast, the place was honestly disgusting. The floors were dirty, the tables were dirty, even the windows had grime and food crumbs all over them. It looked like nobody had cleaned anything in a while.
To top it off, I actually pulled a hair out of my food. The drink machine barely worked and everything came out flat. Overall just a horrible experience. I definitely won’t be coming back.

This Wendy’s likes to close their dining room 2 hours early. I was picking up a door dash order and had to wait in the drive through causing the customer to have to wait like an extra 20 minutes. Honestly this is ridiculous. If you cant stay open the hours you have posted. Ya probably should just close up shop. Go into a new line of work or something. Clearly managing a Wendy’s is too difficult for you.

drive through line took extremely too long, lady taking orders you could tell didn’t want to be there, got no straws for all my drinks a spoon for a baked potato with no butter or sour cream provided, had to ask 3 times for Ketchup, and when my daughter and I began to eat she bite into a bread bag tie (in the picture). very unsatisfied and will not return to this location!!

Poor customer service and they did not include the condiments I asked for! The sandwich that I ordered was hard and inedible like it had sat all day. The chicken nuggets tasted like they were not cooked. I ate about 10 fries. The ultimate disrespect was that no one would answer the phone. I didn’t get a chance to eat. There is no need in doing a survey because you have to purchase something to get a “free” sandwich that probably would have been fixed the same way. Just horrible!!!
