. I open my lunch to meal that looks like it has been prepared with leftovers from yesterday. I could tell the grease had not been changed based on my nuggets and fries. The burger looked a mess. I took the cheese off and this is what looked like.

It’s 9:20 p.m., I see a long line in the drive-thru. I decide to go in. They asked me if I was doordash. I said no. I’m just here to order. They said they were not taking orders for the lobby right now. I asked them what time the lobby closed. They said 10:00 p.m. I said even though you’re not closed until 10:00 p.m. and it’s a little after 9:00 you won’t take my order. Their response was we’re not doing lobby orders right now. I have no words for this level of stupidity.

Sitting in drive thru because they just stopped taking orders. Car in front of me says they have a lot of people inside…. Not true. This is the absolute worst!! I drive to the window- manager says the headset for drive through is broken and I need to come inside to order. I get inside and now she’s wearing the drive through headset!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! I will say no one was rude about it and my order after going inside was ready fairly quickly!

They gave me a rotten salad. They tried covering it up with a lot of parm cheese because you’d have to be blind to not see how rotten this lettuce is. Disgusting. Rude workers as well. I’m a completely blown away that they would actually look at this lettuce and then decided to hand it out for someone to eat.

I live close by and there has been multiple times I have tried to stop in the morning and run into the restroom on my way to work and the doors have been locked….The food I have gotten here was mid and the people are ok. Thus the 2 star review. Truly Id recommend knocking it down and making it something with some more personality being that close to the college.

Stopped by after a concert at the coliseum around 10p- placed a mobile order- picked up in DT after stating the order name as it appeared on the app when we finally arrive at the second window the manager says- well since you didn’t tell us your name we don’t have it ready plz pull over to the side and we will bring it out- after saying the name on the order one more time we pull off- 10 mins go by and they bring out the wrong order completely. The manager the yells out the window that they’re going to remake the order….what do you mean remake friend you never made it in the first place. It ended up being 30 mins before we got the correct order after placing it online – meaning it was midnight before we got home- the had no napkins in the bag and one straw for four drinks. Horrible management- dining room was also closed and that’s wild being so close to UNCG. I get that people have rough night- but blaming customers for your mistake is a poor habit. As someone who worked in fast food in management- she needs to goooooo.

While in the UNCG area, I got hungry. I was going to get Chinese but I had just missed the lunch pricing. Instead of wasting a bunch of time being indecisive, I opted to get Wendy’s. When I went to UNCG, this Wendy’s was notorious for being ridiculously SLOW!!! I can say there’s been some improvements.

On a Wednesday afternoon around 3:45pm. I parked in the parking lot and placed my order on app at 3:47pm. If you don’t already have an account, make one and place your orders so you can get reward points and redeem for free food. I ordered the $5 double stack meal deal. It came with nuggets, fries, and a drink. For my drink, I got the zero sugar mixed berry Minute Maid beverage.

Inside, I was greeted promptly. My food wasn’t quite ready yet. The cashier told me they didn’t have my drink in the back and asked what else I wanted. I opted to get my own drink. Turns out, they had in the drink machine in the lobby. It’s one of those fancy machines with many options. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

My food was ready at 3:53pm. I asked for an extra bbq sauce because bbq sauce is love! It was a great thing that I did because as I was driving and eating my delicious, crispy nuggets, I remembers I forgot to customize my burger -facepalm-

Once I got to my destination, I finished my fries that was warm. They didn’t seem like they were fresh. A couple looked overcooked. To savage my burger, I took off the onion and pickles. Then I used a napkin to get as much mustard as possible off the burger. The final step required me to DRENCH my burger with an entire container of BBQ Sauce. I highly dislike the taste of mustard and pickles, so I had to be sure the BBQ Sauce overpowered it. #SuccessfulMission I was glad because I was going to he upset if I had to waste my burger.

I placed a mobile order pick up to drive through and once I’m home I realize they completely forgot my large fry from my order, I forget this isn’t chick fil a where you know it’s going to be in the bag but no you have to double check, and the employees get mad. Typically don’t leave reviews but this made me so upset.

Went here for a quick bite. Cashier overcharged my ticket, gave me wrong receipt, then claimed that I didn’t pay the amount that I gave them. It took a while to address the issue. Still never got my proper change back.

Currently disabled with a broken foot as it was ran over by an 18 wheeler. I and wanted a quick cup of chili in this cold. Placed the order using the mobile app and was demanded I go inside to pick up. Even though drive through is an option for pick with Wendy’s. I had to ask a random man outside to pick up my food from inside and he ran off with it. Worse day of my life.
