I went in there today 01/21/2026 around 9:00am and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order. There was a so called female employee standing outside talking when I pulled up so I went inside and when I got in there was another so called female employee on her phone texting and didn’t even know that I was there I guess. I stood there for awhile waiting for the female employee outside talking but she never came back inside and the female that was on her phone texting ignored me and walked to the back. I basically could have walked to the kitchen and made my own food and I’m pretty sure. Let me rephrase that, I’m absolutely positive that no one would’ve noticed or even cared. This location is terrible and I honestly don’t know who’s keeping them in business. A few times that I’ve been there. The food is terrible and the customer service really sucks. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Seriously this so called location is the absolute worst Wendy’s ever and I’ve been to some pretty horrible dining places. Don’t waste your money or your time.

There should be no political merchandise in a corporate restaurant. A worker named Bunnie worn two confederate rings on both hands. The difference in greeting was completely different compared to a White customer. She did not greet me and frequently said “what” when I was explaining my order.
This is immature and weird behavior to have nowadays. I did not feel safe nor welcomed here at all. I had to watch my food closely when she was handling it.

I ordered the taco Salad through Uber eats and it came frozen and inedible . Just as a joke, It’s funny that they claim to have fresh never frozen beef but they sale frozen salad .

Came by at 1:10 am and could not place an order because the manager was already “counting the cash” and they needed their fingerprint. Change your listed hours to 1am and shut the lights off if that’s when you plan on closing down the store. It’s listed as open until 2am. Some of us work night shift and would like some food. Not just sit in the drive thru after being greeted and then left to stand there until someone shouts out the windows that they can’t take our order. Total BS

Worst fast food place I’ve ever been too. 3 times ive been (i gave them benefit of the doubt first two times) and each time ive waited longer than 20 mins for my food, and its never right. Restaurant is disgusting on the inside with flies galore. Useless staff who ignores customers. Im not even sure how this place is even operating tbh.

I’ve given this restaurant multiple chances to get their act together. I guess the almighty dollar is all they care about. The last time I ordered there online, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich PLAIN. No honey mustard, no tomatoes and no lettuce. I received an EMPTY BUN. $5 dollars for an empty bun? Tonight I tried again. I ordered a grilled chicken with regular mustard and ketchup. Chili Cheese Baked Potato. The sandwich had HONEY MUSTARD, LETTUCE, KETCHUP and 2 grilled chicken breasts. The potato was half cooked with NO CHILI and barely any cheese. I called the manager and she was too busy evidently to even talk to me on the phone. She absolutely had NO CLUE what to do. I am DONE with Wendy’s. DONE PERIOD!!

I’m a Doordasher and this place is the absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of picking up from. By the time the customers food got out to me it was cold and the ice cream was entirely melted. They refused to remake it and all that was after they had me go from the drive thru to the mobile pick up spots and wait for over a hour. I almost lost all my pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I’m a doordasher. Tonight just like every other night I pulled into the parking lot. Their lobby is closed so the protocol is to pick it up from the drive thru instead. However I was told to go to a mobile delivery spot which then took an additional 30 to 40 minutes for the food to get out when they already had it available in the window in the first place before sending me to the mobile spot. I then got docked pay for time consumption on pickup and for the cold food and melted ice cream.

$26.00 for a 3 med frosty’s because that’s the only thing done right, the cashier was very polite but the food was garbage, ordered a Cob Salad, got home, NO MEAT, ordered a baked Potato plain, it looked like it was on Crack, ordered a Dave’s Single and it was cold, I live 2 minutes up the street so no excuses. YOU NIGHT SHIFT NEED TO ALL BE FIRED OR RETRAINING
