This wendys was pretty cool. The staff was nice. The restaurant was very clean and decorated for Halloween, with Wendy theme decorations. The salads were fresh and the chilli was super hot. The baked potato was not cooked well but I pored my hot chilli on it and it was perfect!!! ❤️ ☺️.

Popped in for a quick snack and a restroom stop while traveling. Restroom was very clean and the customer service was great. Great eye contact, smile, cashier even informed me I would need to wait a couple of minutes for fresh fries and sled if that was okay. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, well done!

If negative stars could be given, they would be. Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru just to have our order taken. Ordered a baconater with only lettuce tomato onion and mayo. I got a cheeseburger with mustard and pickles. This is the 4th time we have visited this Wendy’s, and each time the order hasn’t been right! Never again!!!!

What seems as a new norm customer service is not a priority. A person’s personality is the best possible outcome for friendliness vs training. That include unattended mess inside including restrooms. I tend not to wash my hands in some places like this when it appears a more likelihood I’d get germs by washing hands in the State of their cleaning even as slow as they were.

Would be nice to be able to place an order and not be interrupted by a worker asking if I want a combo! If I wanted a combo, I would have said i wanted a combo. After being interrupted I have to repeat my order for a second time and still can’t get it right. Get to window, order is wrong but oh well. Took what they fixed. Is there a course that people can take that shows them how to prepare a sandwich properly? Ger my burgers and there is more condiments on the wrapper than on the sandwich! Obviously don’t know the correct way or don’t care. Probably both. If you know how to do something correctly, it’s easier to fix it than to do it incorrectly. Absolutely pathetic. Fast food has gotten worse and worse. Maybe you can hire people older than teenagers that appreciate the opportunity to have a job and have enough people skills to make the customer feel appreciated. You have to pay people good enough to get service i guess!

My nephew was eating chicken tenders and bit into one and the middle was entirely and completely raw. Pink and translucent. The cashier had a major attitude and was not friendly AT ALL but alerted the manager who then gave us a refund. I’m glad about that but RAW chicken??? Arent there guidelines in place to fry their food correctly? This is a chain restaurant, there should be timers or something. That is very concerning to me. We are very worried and hoping my nephew doesn’t get sick from this but we are monitoring him. I will not be back to this Wendy’s any time soon.

Destiny was the lady that greeted us behind the counter and she was absolutely the most polite and pleasant employee I’ve experienced in a long time. On top of that, the service was all around good, food was fresh, and accurate. Thanks Destiny for the positive experience!

Whoever was running the morning shift today (01/23/26), your hours clearly state you open at 6:30am. I pulled to the drive thru at 7:30am and was never greeted. I waited 5, almost 10, minutes and a word was never said. I pulled off. Shame.

Gotta tell ya, Juan up front gets it done. He makes sure the orders are correct from oder to delivery. The whole crew tonight looked like a team and that directly translated to the awesome meal for my family and myself. Bravo guys A+
