If I could leave ZERO STARS all around I would. For the place to be completely closed on the inside and supposed to be open until 12AM. We had a mobile order. They didn’t have what we wanted. The fries were COLD AND HARD. The potato was Cold and undercooked. I’m so glad I didn’t even give the meat a chance I can only imagine. We waited in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. We got up to the window and asked for some pecans and were told they were in the bag only to find croutons and the girl walking away with a disgusting attitude. They should really rethink who they have running in their at night. It was absolutely terrible.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 10 pc spicy chicken nugget meal with a lemonade. I was given a regular chicken sandwich doused in mayo with a cold large fry and what only can be described as water splashed with red dye 40. I rarely complain and understand people have lives apart from work but the woman who took my order was on her phone the whole time and when i told the old lady with brown hair that i had ordered a strawberry she assured me that the random red liquid was it, there’s not even a hint of lemonade at all. I understand if they were out of the items i asked for, but you tell the customer, not give whatever you feel like. Plus never got a receipt cause the woman was probably distracted because she was on the phone. This was an extremely annoying experience.

This was not a great experience. I did not wait too long, and everything was cold. Fries were wilty and cold. Burger was cold. Nuggets were cold. It was a busy 3pm so everything should’ve been hot. The service wasn’t great either. The lady running the register barely made any eye contact or made any attempt to vocalize.

Wendy’s used to be good and really has a lot potential. This Wendy’s needs some serious management and training help. With some modifications, I feel like it be much better. The last few times I have gone, my order was wrong. Today, I ordered a double stack and got a junior bacon cheeseburger. My coke was missing the coke flavor. I rarely get napkins or ketchup through the drive-thru. This is all after I have waited what seems like forever in line. This is probably my last trip for a while especially to this location.

Caleb is MANAGMENT MATERIAL. DO NOT SLEEP ON HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Super friendly, ABOVE & BEYOND attitude. Reassuring and its shows on the interaction with his employees as well. He was a breath of fresh air in a world full of crap customer service! I will be back only when he is on shift!!!! (Best service since ZMartin!).

It’s always taking a chance at this Wendy’s. My salad was good, my friends fries were not hot and the burger was dried out. Drink machine smelled funky and half of the sodas were empty. They need to step it up, Wendy’s is usually better quality…

The wait in the drive thru line is terrible. There was a time I came here and the lady handed me my food and turned around. Started talking to everyone and I sat there and waited until someone noticed that I hadn’t pulled off and then asked me if I needed anything. I told them my drink and then they handed it to me. It’s ridiculous and they really need to charge management and get better staff

(UPDATE : please do not come here, recently visited while in town and the quality of this place has gone down 🙁 the food has become absolutely disgusting, nuggets were squishy like it was poured in water or wasn’t cooked fully on one side. There’s always soda on the floor in front of the drink machine with no sign out. They never have any supplies out ie: no spoons or napkins. I never have any problems at any other wendys. If you want good food go to any other wendys around the area.)

The workers are generally nice but creep me out, they are always staring at me when I come in

Their burgers don’t taste great 🙁 and if you order a chicken sandwich or anything that requires lettuce you might aswell be a darn rabbit because the amount of lettuce is ridiculously small in portion.
The workers laugh and cut up constantly and make joke towards the customers. I don’t really want to hear all that when eating .

I went to drive through and there was a long wait because the computer wasn’t able to process credit cards. That was fine, stuff happens. The lady who took my money was very nice and apologized for the wait. THEN, I went to the next window to pick up the food. I ordered unsweetened tea. I took a sip and it was very sweet. I nicely asked for unsweetened. He argued saying it was unsweetened. I laughed and told him to taste it and he snatched it from me and eventually handed me a new one. He said “taste it and see if that’s good enough for you” in a really nasty way. This time it was unsweetened. Wow!
