Stopped by around 10:30 for a Dave’s double combo & some nuggets. I waited in line almost 15 minutes when I was the only car in the drive through…I was super nice & patient but this is NASTY. When I got home & started eating my burger it was raw !! I live 20 minutes away…super disgusted & disappointing

Waa craving a salad. Ordered, guy rang it in, then said lemme check… and said sorry they were out of lettuce! Settled on chicken tenders, they were over cooked and dry. Ordered a kids meal they didn’t ask what side I wanted and I forgot to tell them. Got fries instead apple slices. Very disappointing. Won’t be back

Wendy’s is more expensive than Chic Fil A, and the service is half as good (at best). I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and the total was $11.30 (not even large sized). I asked for a sweet and sour packet at the drive thru and they told me next time to tell them while I’m ordering because they charge extra. Chic fil a doesn’t charge for a sauce packet. For $11.30, I should be able to get a sauce. They nickel and dime you to death.

Ordered 4 jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bags with regular nuggets 1 bbq and 3 signature sauces and 4 sweet teas. Pretty easy right? I was handed a bag with two large fries one burger and box at the bottom – looked in bag and turned to guy and said this ain’t mine. I needed 4 biggie bags so after I touched all the fries they wanted me to hand it back cus the guy in front of me it was his order! Makes me wonder what did that guy leave with then? I refused to give back the fries since I touched them but gave back the other two items in bag. I received 4 cheeseburgers (no bacon lettuce or tomato on them), 4 barbecue sauces,guess they didn’t want me to try the signature sauce & 4 unsweetened teas (yuck) tried to call no answer. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong and cold

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! If you’re out of something, tell the person ordering. Don’t IMPROVISE and then lay the phone down and off the hook when they call back to complain about your disaster of an order you threw together. Photo shows what they sold me as a spicy chicken sandwich. Do better. And for the love of all that’s holy, fire that nighttime manager. He scurried away when I came back through the drive through demanding a refund.

Overall Thoughts: this is one of the more visually attractive Wendy’s I have seen from the outside! The restaurant was a little above average from a cleanliness standpoint, but the young lady working the register the day we went was visibly disgusted that she was having to take orders on this day!

Drive thru speakers were clear. There was a line at the time we went…about 7pm. Everything seemed a little slow. The single with cheese was good. Always enjoyed eating this sandwich at Wendy’s. Everything was fresh and had great flavor.

Do not have senior drinks anymore and the boo book coupons plainly states on it NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to get a junior frosty! I was told today I had to order something to use my coupon!! This senior grandma will go to another Wendy’s!!

I visited this store at a slow time, so that may be to their advantage, but i has a positive experience. Bright, cheerful and quick service for order entry. Food took a little while to arrive but was fresh and was well prepared. Love the new store design, which has some elevated seating and always a plus, international soccer on TVs!!!
