I took my kids here last weekend, and we decided to dine in. Just a couple of minutes after ordering and seeing our order on the screen, it disappeared, along with some others. I waited a few minutes, not sure if it affected our order or not. Well, after seeing other people that came in after us get there order I went up, along with a couple that was in front of us. Apparently, the system went down, and after the employees realized that, they made an announcement to the now long line, that they were sorry but they couldn’t take anymore orders. It wasn’t necessarily the most customer friendly way to do it, but I imagine they were doing the best they could under pressure. After I showed them my receipt and told them we hadn’t received our food yet, the system went down again. So, there was obviously something going on that was beyond their control. There were some customers saying things like, “they just need to lock their doors so no one else can come in because this is terrible customer service!” Well, I’m pretty sure that’s a fire hazard, so that didn’t seem like a good option. It was either be patient, or simply request a refund and leave. Our order was finally ready, and most of it was correct, except for one item. One of the combos was a Single, but what came looked like a Jr bacon cheeseburger. So, I went up to the young lady and asked if it was a single, she said “no”, and kindly made one for us, offering that we keep the Jr bacon cheeseburger (which came in handy because I had 3 kids with me and they were really hungry lol). My kids and I ate, laughed, and enjoyed our meal, without having to be rude to the employees that were already dealing with something that they may have never experienced before. Could they work on the delivery of customer service, sure, it could be tweaked… but I think overall they did a great job. In a thankless job like that, “THANK YOU!” for doing the best you could at the time with what you had.

I stop by on my way to an appointment and sat in the drive thru for 18 mins. They have a one way in semi circle DT so you’re stuck once you pull in. I was upset because once I got to the mic I had to wait an additional 5 mins to give my order and then another 5 mins to receive my food. They are slow and unapologetic. I will never patronize this location ever again. Stay away feom the Wendy’s on hwy 66. My cheese wasnt melted on my sandwich and I asked for no lettuce.

Walked in was NOT greeted. Cashier comes on to register. Not ONE WORD. Our family proceeds with stating dine in and gives order. STILL NOT ONE WORD. My daughter asks what’s wrong? I state waiting on cashier to tell me the price. So I try to extend grace since because person could have cognitive issue. BUT WAIT FOR IT. As we’re getting our drinks I observe cashier is having full blown convo with her coworker. So I let my husband know. He asks if she’s OK? She said not one word gestures to her coworker who tells her to be nice. We ask for her name and says she cannot give name. My husband had to go back to ask for receipt. On the receipt the name SARA is on it. So let’s make sure this is the right person, she’s a shorter caucasian female with glasses. Talking to your coworker doesn’t pay yoyr salary. Greeting customers and be friendly does. Your coworker shouldn’t have to tell you to be nice to customers. Readers you may ask why we stayed. Well we were only here because SONIC didn’t have their garlic burger. We WON’T BE BACK not when DAIRIOS is right next door. You may ask why we chose Wendy’s their lobby was less crowded then DAIRIOS. CUSTOMER SERVICE ppl please understand AI can take your job…no unpleasant dispositions… If you lack the essential customer service skills stay at home or on the grill where you don’t have to interact with people. I believe this novel is done….

Just went through drive thru and it was quick and efficient. It being lunch time you would expect delays but they were ready. Food quality was standard. Not great but far from the worst

It was def one of the bad the bad ones or bad times whichever. I know places have their days’. The wait time in drive thru was absolutely horrible! When I pulled in, cars were wrapped around the building. Now I stayed and figured they were just in a lunch rush being it was around 12:30 . I was traveling, so I I’m just stopped off to get gas and lunch, but I sat in the line for almost 15 minutes. There were I say apx 7 cars ahead of me. We all just sat. And when I finally got to the window, the drive thru clerk was filling the ice bin. There was an elderly lady with a bag in her hand all confused pulling food out of it saying I don’t know where this one goes. I just sat there and still waited. And the drive thru clerk was real nice, but she was wearing tight black leggings with her work shirt that had a tear going down the side of the leg. I’m not sure the dress code there. And the elderly lady was just wearing slacks and a nice winter sweater.
Now I’m home after eating a plain burger and an upset stomach. But I haven’t eaten all day so that could be it also.
Otherwise, everyone was real nice.

The food is okay, but even fresh out the fryer fries were unsalted, tea is ultimately disgusting like they haven’t cleaned whatever lines they use for it. They tell me it’s gold peak anyway, but even bottled gold peak is half decent. Whatever they give me smells rotten. How does tea smell rotten?
I can’t ever get a chocolate frosty most times, whenever I stop by is a surprise to me if they don’t say “we only have vanilla.”
Used to be better, pick it back up. I don’t wanna eat just Dunkin or McDonald’s and subways so dang expensive.

save time and go to the dairy o nextdoor. a million times better and their dining room isn’t closed due to staffing issues. literally two cars in the lot running the place makes you wonder how clean things are.

We come here because closest to VA Home and mom loves jr bacon cheeseburger. Always regret it. Buns cold like just taken out of freezer and never fresh. Employees seem to hate their jobs need complete overhaul. Unsure how they get away with food quality. Will go to Darios from now on.

The staff at this location consistently gives the wrong order. They don’t seem to care about making sure they enter orders correctly, and when you mention something is incorrect, eyes are rolled and it’s treated like the mistake is their inconvenience. Items are often also missing from orders. In addition to poor customer service, no one ever picks up the phone so there is no way to mention this to a manager. The store had hair on the counters and tables and floors were dirty.

Had the spicy ghost pepper chicken sandwich combo. Wasn’t overly spicy but has a Lil kick to it. Very good. Restaurant was clean, service was friendly and fast
Update: I guess it’s hit and miss with the friendly service, the girl with the hog nose ring running the register was none too friendly.
