Came through drive through around 2:40pm, simple biggie bag order. Cashier was very incompetent, took 3 tries to do my Apple Pay. Food was ridiculously cold, like it had been sitting for hours. I asked for it to be remade, and was asked to pull up so it wouldn’t disrupt their drive through time. No customers were waiting behind me or in the lobby, store was completely dead. I decided to go in and wait instead, even though it would make me late going back to work. Nuggets and fries dropped but burger was not remade. No straw for drink, no sauce given. Pure nonchalant, and laziness from shift lead and staff. Would not recommend.

Wow, what an experience. If you’re looking for cold food, wrong orders, and employees who act like you personally ruined their day by showing up, this Wendy’s on South Main in High Point is the place to be. The food looked rushed, tasted worse, and somehow managed to be disappointing in every way. Service was slow, attitudes were worse, and basic customer service was clearly optional. Truly impressive how consistently bad everything was. Would not recommend.

Smells like Marijuana when you walk in.
Ordered food and lady missed an item.
Then when I asked for hot sauce for the Chile and a spoon she said it was in there however when I opened it at the counter of coarse it was not.

Would absolutely rate this Zero Stars if possible, waited 30 plus minutes for a baconator combo, no multiple but one, watched management put multiple cars out of the drive thru then proceeded to bring everyone’s food out at the same time. If you Own this Establishment then I would advise you to check in and do some “House Cleaning” absolutely unacceptable even if it is fast food………

I will never go there again and would advise others not to go as well. The customer service is non existent. The employee didnt say one word to me and just handed me the food and slammed the window. I was super nice and respectful so I cant understand he acted the way he did, other than just poor management poor training and poor hiring. DONT GO THERE!

So I just left Wendy’s on South Main. They told me they didn’t have any sweet-and-sour sauce, which is the only way I eat chicken nuggets. I politely asked for a refund, but instead of just handling it professionally, the whole drive-thru crew caught an attitude for no reason.
It’s not your money being refunded—it’s mine. If I don’t want the food because it doesn’t come with the sauce I specifically eat it with, that’s my choice. A simple smile and good customer service would’ve been enough, but instead I got rudeness.
If my kid wasn’t in the car, I would’ve expressed myself differently. Management needs to fix the attitudes at that South Main Wendy’s, because this happens too often. One thing about me: I’m not wasting money on food I won’t eat.

I was the only car in the drive thru and the dining room was empty. Paid for my food and was told to pull up to wait. I thought good fresh hot food is worth the wait! NOPE ate some fries immediately and got home in three minutes and all of the food was cold.

I came her on my lunch and the girl who took my order. I think her name was Lyrick was super freaking rude. We pull to the window for payment I’m waiting for my receipt but she turns her back and is very rude I have to ask for it and she has an attitude. Then we go inside to get our food because it had been a while and the girl that handed the food shoved it in my arms and kept walking almost tripping me. SO RUDE!!!!

Fast food is supposed to be quick, I waited for 10 minutes. I ordered two things. The only thing I asked was that my salad did not have any blue cheese. After that they came out and as soon as I got home, I realize the salad had blue cheese. I called up there and one person claimed to be the manager, despite having to talk to somebody else to get their permission. Told me that the only thing they could do was remake it no refund or anything. Absolutely ridiculous.
