Typical Wendy’s fast food. I went inside to order lunch not knowing what I wanted.
They do have a grilled chicken wrap which I had not yet tried. I ordered it to go & it was ready in less than 5 minutes for less than $6.
I ate it in the car & it was quite good and also filled me up. I will probably try this item again.

The food is almost always really good. The service is not always the friendliest. The restaurant and bathrooms are fairly clean. Overall, it’s not too bad for a place to get a nice, quick breakfast or lunch.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had a really disappointing experience at Wendy’s. I ordered fries and a Frosty, and the fries were cold and the Frosty was completely melted by the time I got it. I asked the manager, Ashawte, if it could be replaced, but she refused and was really dismissive about the whole situation. I understand mistakes happen, but the way it was handled made the visit frustrating.

Hit the drive through at 6:15 PM Asked for a bacon double no mayo and a Dr Pepper. 20 min after I got to the window handed me a bag out the window and told me how much it was. Checked it while she ran my card , Mayo. Asked for a burger with no mayo please 10 min later second burger MAYO. 15 min later they brought my 3rd burger and had no mayo. Thanks goodness they found someone who could cook and read. Teamwork. Bet the profit margin for 3 doubles for the price of one cause someone can not not put mayo on is running real thin.

The girl who took my order was very rude and unkind. No one said a word when I payed just snatched my card closed the window. And gave us the wrong drink my cheese fries were not melted just cheese thrown onto it. Not even my worst experience.

I got tea with no ice and cold fries. When I asked for fresh fries I was told those just came up. I asked if she wanted to feel them she rolled her eyes and said “no I don’t want to feel them”. I requested fresh fries. With much attitude i was told you’ll have to pull up and wait. This Wendy’s needs immediate attention from corporate . It’s something all the time with this location.

I eat here 2 or 3 timer per week. My order is always fresh and exactly as ordered. The folks are always friendly and respectful. Dining area is clean. Customers always appear satisfied whether young or elderly. Very pleasant visit each time.

The females that work here are always rude. By the time you get your order, you don’t even have an appetite. And then they have the audacity to tell me that this frosty cream cold brew we ordered was a large and then wanted to tell us she didn’t know it was just a premium drink and that’s the size. Then asked if I wanted her to put it in a bigger cup. What? Doesn’t change the amount in it. Paid $6 for a large not a small. And left payin for something i didnt leave with. Never again.

We usually stop here when traveling from Nash County to Charlotte for a quick lunch as it is convenient and fits our traveling schedule. The food is typical Wendy’s and the service can be hit or miss sometimes. The staff are friendly and polite and the seating area is clean most of the time however we do run into an occasional table that has not been cleaned but just select another.

Waited 5 minutes for the person in front of me to get their order taken, then waited 10 minutes for them to take my order. The cashier wandered back and forth doing nothing but can only assume she was keeping service slow so the kitchen could continue working at a leisurely pace. There was only a single family dining in the restaurant other than us.
