My first time here i went through the drive through and gave 5 stars all across. This time we dined in and the experience was very different. My burger bun had sauce all over the top bun. The drinks were very watery (teas, juice, etc). My wife’s burger was cold. Mine was cold too but I didn’t care about that as much as my wife did. Many drink options were unavailable, and the ones available tasted flat and watery. They were also out of ketchup at the ketchup pump. We hope next time is a better experience, if there is a next time.

Preparation area looked untidy. The employees too laid back. Not very friendly. Been in better Wendy’s. 8/29/23: staff more friendly however burger was cold where the cheese did not soften one bit. Threw it away.

The floor felt like it was coated in grease. Employees were nice and service was quick, but the meat on sandwiches seems to be thinner and smaller. Much smaller than the bun. Makes me wonder, “Where’s the beef?”

I’m aware there are busy days. However, the homeless camp at front plus the influx of homeless folks onside with a disruptive level of body odor is too much. We parked, noticed the camp. No harm, no foul. Go in, it smells like a seafood restaurant – a bad one. Our kids couldn’t even use the bathroom bc there were so many homeless folks in there doing God knows what. The staff looked miserable, and I don’t blame them. They were out of almost every beverage. On the way oit we see a group of dudes shooting up behind the gas station bext door. Overall, we are never going back.

Went and got dinner that was terrible. Burgers were so sloppy and fries were awful and burnt. Lady said they didn’t have time to change the greese. I don’t think I want to try Wendy’s again after that. I even had to ask for my debit card back.

Absolutely the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. After waiting some time in line, I am told at the speaker they are only taking cash orders. The manager says that it’s not her fault the system has been down since 9am. So you’ve known since 9am you can’t take cash and it is now 6p. Put a sign up or block off the drive thru! When I asked for the managers number I was given a number that did not connect. When I proceeded to find a phone number on the internet she threatened to call the police. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a restaurant. I have reported a formal complaint with Wendy’s corporate. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Wendy’s.
