On this faithful night, I went to Wendy’s because they were close and I was hungry. I usually do not go to this one, but I was on this side of town and decided to use the drive-thru since it was raining outside.
My service was good, the young man who took my order was charming, and even needed a minute to settle himself after the last order and asked me very politely to wait, which I did. He then took my order. I received my order and everything was correct, except that they missed the sauce I requested. No worries, all was well, but they did make a mistake there.
Not bad, not great, but its fast food, so this is sorta what you can expect.

I stopped by Wendy’s to get a breakfast sandwich since they have been advertising it so much lately on television. I pulled up to the drive through and there was nowhere to see what they had for breakfast. It was their regular lunch and dinner menu. When she asked what I wanted I said I did not see no breakfast items displayed, she stated…..”We probably did not switch the boards over”. Then offered me a biscuit special but I said I did not like biscuits, so she mentioned a croissant with sausage, egg & cheese so I went with that as my meal. The employee’s were outside hanging out since nobody was in the store. When she came to charge me she asked me to pull up and they would take my food to me when ready. I was the only customer in the drive thru and not one single customer inside (took a pic)! After waiting a few my food was brought out, the employee was nice and courteous so no complaints there. The sandwich was ok for a fast food meal. Regular size croissant, egg tasted fresh, sausage had a little kick to it and it had Mayo which I love. Fries that come with it are like smaller potato wedges and great seasoning. It was hot so no complaint there, of all the fast food egg sandwiches, this is probably one of the better ones. Hate that menu board was not displayed properly and noticed that a lot of fast food employees are talking to you from headsets from the parking lot. The new breed of workers I suppose.

When I got home and got situated I went to bite into this wrap the chicken was extremely dry and hard; unfortunately I did not get a receipt so not able to take it back. I don’t understand you can tell if the chicken is dry but you still make customers food with it… if you don’t want your food to be served like this then why would you do others like this… unacceptable

These people don’t know how to read or just don’t care about getting your orders correct. I ordered a 4 piece tenders only got 3, ordered extra sauces and didn’t even receive the amount I would have gotten if I didn’t pay for the extra, they have no manners and I will not be going back to this location. Fast food service is garbage these days.

Took a while to get served, ordered because I was in a rush Betsy going elsewhere although it wasn’t the cleanest. Frosty machine was visibly dirty as you could see the smearing of frosty drips all over it. The soda machine was disgustjng and when pouring peace tea it was full of floating debris and there was no ice available. Took my food and the fries and everything tastes off so ate my sandwich just to curb the hunger but would not come back here. Didn’t meet any low fast food standards

15 min lines every time and only 1-2 cars in drivethrough with empty parking lots. Ticket times here are ABSURDLY long. Pretty much pull in and wait 10 min to get to order then hear nothing for 5 min. On average its about a 20 min wait for a $5 meal.

My husband ordered our food my sandwich wasn’t in bag and chicken cold and fries old and burnt. I called them they laid down the phone and didn’t return. My husband had wanted Chilli and they had none of that either.

On the mobile app, I ordered a maple bacon chicken croissant with medium seasoned potatoes, 4 piece French toast sticks, and a small coffee. The lady at the window had me pull up to the door to wait for my order. I waited for a long time until finally some young guy brought my food out. My coffee was missing so I told him and he went back to get it. I also had to wait a long time for that. When I got my coffee, it was barely warm along with the rest of the food. The chicken on my croissant was burnt. They also left out the Swiss cheese on it. Tasted horrible. Steer clear of this location.

Horrible!!!! This is the SECOND TIME that I’ve been to this location and it’s been terrible. It’s the closest one to my home but NEVER again!!! The food is always old and terrible.
I decided to get a breakfast sandwich this morning since they had a BOGO free deal. Look at this friggin’ sandwich! Burnt and old! Mind you, I’m in bed recovering from giving birth so I couldn’t even take it back. I’m definitely submitting a complaint to corporate. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!
