I didn’t see the $5 biggie bag option on the drive thru menu, and I ordered nuggets and a jbc ($5.97). The $5 biggie bag is cheaper and comes with more. I asked at the window if they still have them, and was told yes. I asked if I could get that and if it was cheaper, was told it is cheaper, and she asked if I wanted to switch my order to that and I said yes. She then didn’t say anything and so I gave her my $6 thinking she would do it. Got my food and receipt back, and realized she didn’t even do the switch. Didn’t do it. My jbc was also made messy and with browning lettuce. Is it hard to put together a sandwich and be decent to someone?

Ordered $5 Biggie Bag.
Staff was excellent and friendly.
They made sure I didn’t drive off without my debt card when I almost did.
Took less than a minute to get food after being asked to pull forward to wait.
Woman who brought my food was pleasantly enthusiastic.
Nuggets were hot and fries were crispy and fresh.
Bacon on the Crispy Chicken BLT was perfectly cooked.
Best experience I’ve had a Wendy’s in a long time.

Yeah, this place is very dirty and dingy. The food is OK but I find most Wendy’s to be disgusting. Customer service is good, but the food is really just my personal opinion. I do love the saucy nugs and strawberry lemonade..

Wish I could give no stars….So sick of this place it should be shut down. They always having homeless ppl begging for change when u pull up at the drive thru. I places 3 orders and for the clerk to ask me what kind of sauce I need for my orders I never received 1 sauce. Like how ima eat nuggets with no sauce the fries was salty and stale. The chicken sandwich tasted old like it been sitting out for a LONG TIME and they should be ashamed of theirselves giving me that little piece of lettuce on my sandwhich.Not to mention it took the forever to give me my food so I really don’t understand why my food wasn’t fresh. Nobody in the establishment handling food has on hair nets just disgusting and I’m contacting corporate about this cause they need to be investigated seriously. If I could give this place 0 stars I would do JUST THAT. VERY RUDE employees from the person taking the order to the front window. If you want your order rushed and things missing out your bag. By all means go. WONT be returning! Don’t deserve not nan one of my coins. EW!

The star is for the guy at the drive-thru. He was pleasant and friendly. The food however, the egg was not cooked properly, the sausage was burned, the cheese was mia and the butter was excessive to say the least. See for yourselves.

I stopped here while working actually; some side gig-economy work. I really enjoyed the staff and the light-hearted young ladies who worked here that shift (Sunday Night 08/24/25). I tend to try to amplify the mood when I walk in a place that I can tell is open or welcome to such; and they indeed were. I began joking and having a playful fun banter when surprisingly I thought (without asking) the register attendant said my full name upon the time for payment. My name is Patrick Clark, but what she was actually saying was “Cash or Card” (which, if you say it fast in your head notice the phonetic (sound) similarity ). She laughed and welcomed her coworker into the joke who was making a frostee. I commented on how the coworkers frostee looked better than the photo (it actually did) and she solidly upsold me challenging me to purchase one when she said “If you think it looks good you should taste it, I make em better than they normally come too!” Can you pass up a smooth sell like that? I don’t think so! The confidence, the in-on-the-joke, on-your-toes transition. If that young lady made a decision of it, she’d have a natural talent for sales in general. The food itself (I’m going to continue with candor here lol) was just meh. But the service and atmosphere really sold me and pushed this from a 3 ⭐️ to a 4 ⭐️ for me! Great job ladies!

I have been here twice in drive thru. They pulled me for 5 minutes and brought me cold food the first time.This morning they talked to me like a dog. The crew needs retrained on customer service. And apparently it was on of the managers talking to me like that. She had on a striped shirt.
