9:26 am. Walked up to Wendy’s from the Express lube to have breakfast while my car serviced. Door says open at 8am. Doors are locked and no one came to see who was rattling them.
Walked around to drive thru where they were taking orders. No one came on the speaker. Walked around and knocked on window. No one answered. At one point, an employee made eye contact and walked away. By 9:36, I gave up. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
That’s extra poor service. I can’t answer any questions because I never even received the least possible service.

The restaurant is listed as opening at 10am. At 11am the doors are locked in the dining room. The restaurant says hours confirmed 2 weeks ago, but the workers say they’ve changed it and dont open the dining room until 11. Then the drive thru worker gets snarky when nothing is posted on the door to alert you that the dining room is closed

PATHETIC!!!!I don’t know what type of stupid ethic your employees have. I said my daughter doesn’t get food, spent $38 and some change. On my junior bacon cheeseburgers there was barely any lettuce everything was thrown together. Literally the worst food I’ve ever had !!!!!!!!My wife’s food was thrown together as well sent a sweet tea home that would look like water …how freaking pathetic This is just really sad and I hope management reads this and it makes someone feel embarrassed for not doing their job. And heaven forbid you try to call to complain you can’t even get through. This is so pathetic I cannot believe a place making that kind of money lets them send out food like that they should be embarrassed and giving people freaking Refunds!!!

Associate had to ask if they had various items. The entire place in and out seemed dirty. Ladies bathroom handicap stall had a broken flusheder and was disgustingly full. No sign on the door not to use. There were flies everywhere. Associates did not seem to be happy….looked like they hated their job.

DO NOT STOP HERE! Never got a chance to eat here because of the filth. Stopped at this location while traveling. When we were walking in, we were greeted by a garbage can overfilled with trash onto the walkway. Inside wasn’t any better. Tables were disgusting. Walked out immediately. STAY AWAY. Management does not care.

Update: original review was a year ago. I gave them 2 stars. Revising to 1 and I’d give less if I could I made a mobile order 20 minutes ago. The place is empty, and it’s not up yet. This place constantly disappoints. The only reason it gets any business is because it’s on the highway and there’s not many other choices. Update2: my food was sitting behind the counter because “we don’t put it on the mobile shelf, since we can’t see it.”
I rarely go to this Wendy’s because they are typically slow. The food isn’t usually bad, so I’ll bite the bullet and go with low expectations for the service. I went yesterday and I did not disappoint. The car line was long and not moving. No surprise, so I went inside to order. The counter line also wasn’t moving, even though there was a clearly frustrated employee assigned to the register.
There seems to be staffing issues at this location. There never seems to be enough people working and they don’t seem to know what they are supposed to be doing. Being located on a busy highway that is on the way to the beach, you would think that they would be appropriately staffed at lunch time. This location was really good at one time,but unfortunately it has gone downhill over the last few years.

The ice machine was empty, the mens restroom was “out of order” they were “out of straws” but he had some they just wouldn’t let him take them from the drive thru counter. The guy at the counter was fine, seems like the problems go much deeper than him. The kitchen line were all yelling and arguing at each other. Apparently they are out of lettuce as well. Such a strange experience.
