The burgers were fresh, but the french fries were over 30 minutes old. They were hard, tuff, and stone cold. Stop making too many fries and let them sit there a long time to give people. If you can’t do that then ya’ll just need to give up, pack up your stuff and close down again.

We were in Wendy’s today and noticed a man picking up food and stuffing bags for the drive thru window and wasn’t wearing gloves like the other employees, my husband said it was unsanitary and we left and will not be returning to this location. I called and spoke to the manager on duty and he thought it was ok and didn’t apologize or give a reason he wasn’t wearing gloves while picking up fries, etc.

Do NOT show up here at 9 am expecting breakfast even though they open at 9 am and advertise breakfast on their drive thru. I had to call the store at 9:06 a.m. to ask them if they were open as I sat in the drive thru waiting. The manager was rude when I asked about breakfast, apparently they think from 9am till actual lunchtime is their “chill time” be ware if you interrupt that for them. Smh. And they wanna get paid more. Do YOUR JOB first!

Was told to pull up for fresh meat. Meat was raw pink, bread was crumble nothing was hot not even the fry’s. I went in to see what was taking so long, only to be met by fruit flies. No spoons. Very nasty. A cashier had a open cold sore or wart on face wiping it and never washed hands handling food. One sandwich had plastic in it.

Fries were marvelously hot, crispy, tasty. Dave’s Single, hot was hot and cold was cold. Tomato, lettuce, onion was fresh. Beef was hot and tasty. Daughter requested extra mayo on her spicy chicken sandwich and got it, with a spare package in the bag. She said her sandwich was excellent. Food ready faster than we handed over the money. Window-woman was friendly and welcoming. The best experience.

Stopped here for lunch (1230pm) driving from Asheville to Raleigh. 2 adults, 2 kids. No line and staff were super nice and accommodating and helpful. If we lived here we would come back just for the staff, honestly! Food great and what you’d expect for Wendy’s. Keep it up!
