Atmosphere – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)
This Wendy’s location stands out for its bright, modern, and impressively clean atmosphere. The natural lighting from the large windows gives the dining area an open, inviting feel. The seating was organized and spotless, and the drink station was tidy and well-maintained. The entire place gives off a vibe that management and staff genuinely care about the store’s appearance and cleanliness. It almost feels more like a café than a fast food joint!
Service – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)
Service was solid overall. When I walked in, the crew was actively working, though no one greeted me right away. I stood at the counter for about a minute before anyone acknowledged me—possibly because they assumed I was a DoorDash driver. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Once I ordered, the food came out quickly and correctly… sort of. I asked for a Dave’s Single but was given a Double instead—a happy accident in this case. If it had gone the other way around, it would’ve been frustrating. That said, everything else was smooth and efficient.
Food – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)
The burger was hot, fresh, and nicely put together. The double patty was juicy, the bun was soft, and the toppings were crisp. The fries, while flavorful, were just a touch underwhelming—lacking that extra crispness and heat that really makes them pop. Still good, just not as fresh as I’d hoped. The Tangerine Twist lemonade, however, was a refreshing bonus.
Final Thoughts:
This is definitely one of the better Wendy’s I’ve been to. The modern, clean interior and solid food quality make it a great spot for a quick meal. Minor hiccups in service and fry freshness keep it from being a full 5 stars, but it’s close. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to others passing through Fairmont.

After a rather long & disappointing day, my husband & I stopped at this Wendy’s for a late lunch. I didn’t expect much going in as it was right after a very popular football game. I’m not a fan of crowds, but as we hadn’t eaten all day, I just sucked it up & went.
Wow!! Not only was it quiet with hardly any people, the restaurant itself was extremely clean. Going all day without eating will make one want a lot of things when they look at the menu most likely, & that’s what happened to me. My husband knows me very well, so he told her what I usually ordered. I was on the fence of whether I wanted a baked potato or chili, & the woman told me that they sold cheese & chili baked potatoes, no need to choose between the two! It was absolutely delicious, & so was the cheeseburger I had with it! I’m not kidding when I say that Wendy’s cheeseburgers are the best in the local fast food places.

Pretty sad when you spend 45.50 on food .
2 singles we asked to leave off the mustard , ketchup and mayo asked for a pack of BBQ sauce instead wanted to charge 53 cents for it .Yes I know its only 53 cents but damn I saved you that much by not putting mustard , ketchup and mayo on 2 sandwiches. Where is my savings for that.
Definitely my last 45.bucks spent at Wendy’s.

Went through the drive through and ordered a regular coke and a coke zero. I am diabetic and cannot have sugar. I asked which one was which and got told “I dont know, your ganna have to drink them to find out lowkey i dont know.” I told her i was diabetic and cannot have sugar and her response was “i dont know.” Absolutely disgusted.

Ordered a Dave’s single for my better half. She’s got a dairy allergy bad enough we’d end up at the hospital if she ate dairy, breaks out in a rash if she even touches dairy products. Asked for only lettuce pickles and onion on it. Should have had no cheese, no sauces just bun patty and those three toppings. Didn’t get that order right even after they were told twice. You can’t go inside to get it correct have to go through the drive through again. Girl who took the order, gave attitude upon having it pointed out that she didn’t listen and the order was wrong. $20 for a meal for each of us and then get attitude when you mess up the order enough to put her in the emergency room? You people want $15 an hour and you cannot just listen to a simple customer request for someone with a food allergy? Wendy’s people I hope you read this, you’re our favorite fast food place and we know you can be better than this.

I ordered the number 12 grilled chicken bacon avocado sandwich. This sandwich is made with the messiest ingredients known to man, avocado, tomato, ranch, cheese and lettuce. Sounds like a slip and slide in your back yard right? Nope not here everything was neat and mess free. How can McDonald’s make a cheese burger with ketchup and cheese and get it everywhere but this Wendy’s can make the neatest sandwich I’ve ever seen with these ingredients. Mind blown.

Ashley & Casey that work the morning shift are absolutely awesome. Always super friendly and provide great customer service. I definitely wanted to give them credit because I know most people only care to leave negative reviews on fast-food places. I’ve never seen a line on a morning that they are working.
I pretty much rely on them for coffee to get me through the day, so I don’t know how they’re so upbeat in the mornings… because I’m not, lol. They’ve definitely made this Wendy’s location the best in the area! Even the lunch/dinner staff have always been great!
