While here for dine in observed an employee berating and being so RUDE to a woman at the counter. The woman was being loud or disruptive in any way but the girl behind the counter was horrible.

Staff aren’t very friendly unless they know you. a bit rude, they make assumptions instead of asking you what you want. They do not take the time to ask you what you prefer for; size of combos, types of drinks, or if you want anything additional with the order. They also assumed I was getting my food to go and never ask, and just looked at me when my food was ready without saying anything to me, I wasn’t looking at the counter so I had no idea it was ready
Update: Went back again and had an even bigger concern. No gloves while handling food, fingers on my fries and nuggets. Won’t be stopping here again.

2nd HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I have a family of 5 so I always let them know I will have a big order, in fact I said i would be ordering 5 of the biggie bags, still after every order she was like “is that it????” in a nasty tone. And then when I asked for my jr bacon cheeseburgers plain she responded “oh my gosh”. Reported to one manager from a previous experience, she told me she would handle it, that she had heard her on the headset, and then today I had to wait for my chicken nuggets which is no big deal, but the manager brought them out so I yet again complained to a different manager and she didn’t even offer a simple apology and quite frankly didn’t act like she cared one bit about my complaints. I WILL NOT BE BACK & will be calling corporate. I used to work fast food so I get customers can be rude, but that is exactly why I always try to be overly kind when ordering, so there should be no need for them to be rude to me. If you can’t handle dealing with the public, then find a job where you don’t have to deal with people, because I guarantee these workers have lost more business than just mine.

I sat there for over 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a burger. The food sat there… And sat there…it was finally handed to me directly after I requested a refund because I didn’t want food poisoning. It is COMPLETELY not edible. I took one bite and will not put that in my stomach. Corporate is closed this evening but they will be contacted first thing in the morning. No customer service, no urgency in their team members, no organization, and food that cannot be consumed. No apology from a manager, or even an acknowledgement that my CHICKEN had sat there long enough to no longer be in the ‘safe temperature zone’
I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I Ordered in app on a Sunday. They were out of Frosty mix so I asked for a refund. They said refunds can only be processed through the app to call the support number. Support is only available Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm…. pay for something that you don’t receive and not offered a refund… what a joke, go elsewhere. The only reason I order from Wendys is the app and the discounts provided. But seeing I won’t use the app anymore I won’t be paying their ludicrous prices through drivethrough. I’d recommend most anywhere else.

Our sandwiches were good. We tried the saucy nuggs and they were really good. Our fries were another story. 3 meals but only two semi-warm orders of fries. We were already almost home before we realized. Check your orders before you leave!
