My boyfriend went through the drive-thru, we didn’t get our baked potato! The part that upset me is when we called the manager insisted she put it in the bag! Which she did not! I work in food, nothing is more frustrating than someone trying to get free food! But, what’s even more frustrating is when you work all day and choose to use your hard earned money at a restaurant and they want to tell you are they are right and you are wrong! That is terrible customer service, Miss Cheryl!

It’s been awhile since I’ve reviewed a fast food restaurant. I ordered a Bacon Bourbon Cheeseburger from this Wendy’s on Thursday 02/24/2022 around 2300 hrs. After spending $19.00, we went home and found the Bourbon Burger to have no bacon, no crispy onions and had one piece of meat with a little bit of bourbon sauce. Fries were cold also.

Let me start off by saying Wendy’s is probably my favorite fast food place, but not this location. I have given them chance after chance, but at this point I’m done with them. My order is never correct, even things that I’m ordering without any modifications. My big bacon cheeseburger didn’t have bacon, my chilli cheese fries didn’t have cheese, no sour cream or cheese for baked potatoes, completely different burgers than what I ordered, and that’s not even the end. I keep thinking maybe they will get it right this time, but it never is. I’d say only order from here if you’re addicted to gambling, because that’s what you’re doing when you order.
