I eat here just about every other day, because there’s really nothing else on this side of town other than Subway, but 9 out of 10 orders, there’s something wrong with my order. Forget something, or give me the wrong thing entirely. But tonight there was literally nobody in the store, nobody in the drive through. I put in my mobile order for pickup and everything was as cold as my drink. I took a bite out of my sandwich and it was as cold as if it had been sitting in a refrigerator
I just don’t understand it. They have people that work there, but it doesn’t really seem like they care at all or use common sense.
Sometimes I get it’s just fast food and nobody really wants to do that job. But at the same time, I don’t feel like I’m just gonna throw cold food out of a window when I have time. To at least, put it in a microwave. Or something?

Stopped again after a long time away. A BIG mistake. I’d heard this Wendy’s and the one at the Fayetteville Town Center were fighting to be the district’s worst, and they’re certainly in the running. Placed an online order 20 minutes before arriving only to wait an additional ten minutes at the window for cold, greasy and leathery fries and a lukewarm burger. I had hope for my drink as the Coke looked like Coke and not watered down ice tea, but that was disappointing as well. At least they got the light ice right.

Great place to stop for quick food on a road trip.
Older Wendy’s that hasn’t been remodeled yet. Located at a cute little downtown area, clean single user bathrooms, and full menu.
The employees were very nice to my family and myself.

Two large chilis but no meat in one and two small penny sized in the other. Two baked potatoes but no salt and pepper or butter or sour cream for either. Two singles were delicious with no problems. Overall somewhat disappointed in no meat and no potato fixings. For nearly $30 this should not be.

Had to go back two Three time messed up all three times they was goofing off at the window then called they picked up laid phone down didn’t answer I am very up set with the food service and how the employees treated us very rude very terrible experience

Rating should be ZERO stars! Do yourself a favor and take your business to another restaurant, unless you want to wait for long periods of time and not receive everything you ordered & paid for thru the app, only to return home and find out that the staff couldn’t be bothered to properly wrap the items you did actually receive AND then when you try the burger you find that it isn’t even lukewarm. Then when you call the restaurant manager you get a runaround when you request a refund to be issued to your card because you ordered thru the app. geez!
I won’t be returning to the Oak Hill, WV Wendy’s and feel confident that there are plenty of other restaurants in the area that’ll be happy to receive my business.
