The place is new and looks great. Ok that’s the good part. Had a mobile order. Thru the drive thru. Handed me my drink and a bag of food. And said thanks come again. Was on my trike and put food in saddle bag. Got home only half my food was there so called the restaurant only to find out phones out of order. So went back to the restaurant low and behold they had a bag of food sitting there now food been in bag about 45. Minutes. Didn’t offer to remake it. All I got was sorry here is the rest of your order. I have a pic of meal cold nasty fries. And chicken nuggets and by the way I was still short a chili.

Fries were cold, nuggets were cold, dry and not good, no sauce for the nuggets either and they didn’t give me any ice in my drink and it was room temp, I didn’t receive the frosty I ordered and paid for, and two of my burgers were missing. I understand this is a new store but this is unacceptable, I will not be going back there again. Very unhappy with this location.

Have been twice and each time the order either has been wrong or I’m missing items. Not really surprised to be honest but thought since they were a new restaurant that it would be good for awhile until it went down hill. They definitely didn’t waste anytime.

Stopped by to get breakfast to go this morning. Food was nasty and the people working there were terrible. I stood there waiting for over 5 minutes to order and no one was in line in front of me. I thought I was invisible to them. If I had invested in this site I would be sick. My first visit will be my last.

The chicken tenders I got were pathetic. They didn’t even take up half the box. The automated ordering system at the drive thru is difficult to navigate, it doesn’t pick up changes or substitutions. The worker at the drive thru was trying to argue with me because she didn’t return my debit card. Finally got it back. Was rude with me because I ordered a drink from the dispenser in the lobby. Apparently, they don’t have those nearby for drive thru to access. I wish I would have known drive thru would have been so much trouble, I would walked in.

When the drive thru is all the way around the building, you would think at least you would get hot fresh fries,you would be wrong,cold and limp, with a few hard ones thrown in for good measure.
I ordered two single cheeseburgers, a frosty, and an order of fries and it was $19.00.Ridiculous price, especially when the size of the cheeseburgers has shrunk in size and the patties seem to be half the thickness they were just a few months ago.

If I could leave a lower review, I would. I tried to order through the “automated” service five times with it not understanding me before an ACTUAL person took the mic and even after they took my order still screwed it up TWICE. TWENTY minutes for two jr cheeseburgers (made wrong) and COLD fries…..

What kind of Wendy’s doesn’t have chili chips & cheese?! Pulled up to the automated system through the drive thru & it got our order wrong TWICE & then the employees have no idea what Wendy’s chili chips & cheese is . We got 2 biggie bags & 2 chilis it was $20 & the food was not good at all what a joke . Cold hard fries , hard nuggets , the burger was shrunk . We asked for crackers only got 4 packs for 2 chilis thank goodness we had saltine crackers in our cabinet . We had to put a bunch of crackers in our chilies to even get full . For the price you are paying it is not worth it .we was so excited to have a Wendy’s in our town but it was pitiful . We will NEVER be back .
