Cashier and manager could not ring up order with mobile offer correctly. Then the manager wanted to rering the transaction but only refund $17 when the bill was $22. So I was still going to lose the $5 that should have been part of the module deal. Rude. Did not offer any solution except for me to still lose $5 when the spicy chicken nuggets should have been $1.99. And I love Wendy’s French fries and they were stone cold. And a side note….the drink machine can only do plain coke, not any of the flavors.
The food and fries may be cold because they never told us it was ready, we had to ask for it. Huntington, WV needs to figure out how to scan the mobile app and work on customer service.

I have ordered food from this Wendy’s 2 times this week and it has been wrong both times. I get food from here a lot bc I live close and just want take out sometimes ya know. Well not now this isn’t the first time but like the 10th time in the last few months my food has been cold, slapped together, and not even what I ordered sometimes. You can not give someone a pop after they pay for a milkshake and say sorry it’s not working…okay so give my money back?? It’s almost a 4$ different in what was ordered and what I actually got!! I understand that fast food isn’t easy I work fast food but there wasn’t even anyone in the line nor inside this last time I went. I will not be eating here until they get their employees in check. Please get yourselves together…Thanks…..

My order was a total of $17 and some change. It included the son of baconator. That’s a $6 burger. Anyway, they gave me only one small slice of meat on it. I went back through and asked, they said it only comes with one. I checked online, it does come with 2.

Just want through the drive thru. When I got to the window after I paid I was told to pull up and it would be brought out. They didnt give any drinks up front. Waited 13 minutes for them to bring the food out. Burgers were made wrong and were cold. Fries were cold. Bread was stale like it had been sitting out. No straws. Ice machine was broken.

Ive been to this wendys several times, the cashiers are 10/10 service and very friendly.
Food is standard for a Wendy’s, as well as the atmosphere.
With more people using the drive thru the lobby has definitely seen better days.
Overall pretty decent.

Ordered burgers and it was so cold, under cooked, soggy bun on top, n stale bottom bun. I don’t recommend eating here. If you want food like this n risk getting sick, have at it. You guys need to get better at your jobs

Wendys always has good food. They have new chicken strips that are very tasty and filling! The sweet chili sauce compliments the chicken very well. I have gotten some very good food from Wendy’s in the past including the chili which is very, very good. They have seasonal offerings at Halloween and Christmas which are also worth trying.

I stopped here to pick up a delivery order at 10:05 AM on Sunday. I stood at the counter for eight minutes while employees and a member of management saw me standing there. No one acknowledged my presence. After eight minutes had elapsed. A young lady came and asked me what I needed. I told her I was there for a delivery order and gave her the name. She said I don’t see it.
I then proceeded to point to the receipt machine where the order receipt was sitting. I asked her if the order had been started. She said no, this has been sitting there for a while. I then proceeded to leave. I was not waiting any longer.
Upper management At Wendy’s needs to see this and understand that your employees and management team at this location in Huntington, West Virginia are falling far short of your expectations.

Just your normal Wendy’s restaurant like most others they look about the same but you can’t go wrong with a nice delicious Baconator. And the breakfast baconator is pretty good too.

Visited 10/26/2023 around 8:10 pm. Pulled out to drive-through and was told that the system was down and no orders could be taken. Went inside and placed order for 4 sandwiches ( 2 of which were Single Patty Big Bacon Classics ) to go. Got home and found 2 Big “No Bacon” Classics.
