They got mad cause I accidentally selected carry out on my mobile order instead of drive thru. They told me I needed to come inside to get it multiple times and finally after the 3rd time of asking if they could just hand it to us through the window of their empty drive thru they said yeah. I’m assuming they dumped out half my large fry and gave me no straw as payback.
I ended up just throwing everything away cause I was worried would else they did to it.

This is not my favorite Wendy’s for sure. The employees have not been very friendly at the drive through and they have forgotten items in our to go order. They could improve in these areas.

I’ve been back home since September 29th and I have witnessed and seen since that day that hal Greer’s lot lights have not been turned on at night time and I tried to call the store and let them know today November 11th mind you that they have not been turning the lights on and the manager that was on duty tonight to decided to get rude with me an tried to tell me different when I live right down the road I see it all the time.. even sunday night the 9th when I got off after 10:00 p.m no lights .
So to the manager that is on duty tonight at 7:17 p.m. November 11th try to play with somebody else that didn’t used to be a shift manager that hasn’t worked at Wendy’s for almost 4 years of her life I know better and you will be reported… So to my poor Wendy workers that knows me I am sorry but I am reporting your store to corporate because your manager got rude with me all because I was just trying to help her.. best believe I didn’t have to call and let you know that you’re not doing stuff by procedure but I’ve watched for over a month of these lights not being turned on that is not right that is not by procedure when it goes dark there is a switch that you can hit that manually turns you a lot lights on when your timer does not work..

This place is straight up NASTY. I’ve given it multiple chances but the food is ALWAYS cold, the bread is ALWAYS stale and hard. Everything tastes old like it’s just been sitting out on a counter for days. And they never get orders right. I would literally rather go hungry than eat here again.

Great service staff. The quality of the food was good. One positive thing about Wendy’s is they have a ton of choices on the menu. Not just burgers and fries. Baked potatos, salads and of course their great chili and many dessert choices. Overall very satisfied.

It’s a Wendy’s and fully meets my expectation of a nice store. On a lunch visit with friends. Clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The self-serve soft drink dispenser, however, can have issues ~ I lay that one on the dispenser manufacturer. Food was hot and what I expect of Wendy’s. I eat here when requested by friends.

Don’t go here. The last 4 or so times, lost count, this Wendys has consistently not given us what we’ve ordered. We’re just a family of two, we haven’t asked for a family sized meal.

Overall, it’s not the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Just had a disappointing drink experience that led me to leave a review. $3 and some change for a large lemonade. The majority of the drink was ice. I’m not very happy seeing I paid $3. If anyone goes through this Wendy’s, I recommend you ask for very light ice as they will scam you if you don’t.

Was passing through on our way to Ky and wanted to grab a quick bite. We were pulling a trailer so we had to choose wisely and this was going to be an in and out trip so we didn’t cramp up their parking.
Pulled in and they had several available parking areas. Which was a huge plus. Little did we know that the inside was packed. They were extremely busy. So there went that quick trip out the window. That’s fine though, we were there and still gonna get our order and go. Finally made our way up to the counter. The lady/employee was very nice.
We got our order and was on our way. The entire wait line, order, wait for food took about 45 min.
We hit the road and well, I hate to say but the food wasn’t very good. I didn’t get cheese that I ordered as an extra on my potato. My husband ordered extra onion and he didn’t have any and the fries tastes old. Very tough and dry. Hard to swallow. Idk if this was an off day or just the normal but I did feel that this location deserved a 4 star for the helpfulness and happy employee that had taken our order. I do realize that everyone has off days so wanted to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt. I mean they were super busy so they have to have good food. Next time we are in the area, we hope to have the same service with better quality food 🙂
