Everytime you order food you have to wait forever. You’d think if you had a wait time for your order it would be fresh and hot. My burger was warm at best and dry like it was cooked yesterday. The fries looked like they layed in the fryer for the night before being taken out from the oil that was running off of them. Ordered a baked potato and was charged for it only to never get it and when asked about it they said they sold out hours ago. That didn’t stop them from taking my money for it. Employees are as clean as the dumpster out back. Vulgar conversations from the back that even adult customers wouldnt want to hear. No communication skills what so ever. Dirty floors and tables that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned ever. Fountain machine had mold on the drink dispenser. This place needs an overhaul or shut down until someone can take control.

Got a Dave’s single with extra lettuce and received a sloppy mess of a burger with no lettuce and hardly warm. At this location it seems the food is sloppy and just thrown together and not worth even getting is would recommend going elsewhere if you want decent food.

Over from Ohio and decided on Wendy’s for lunch. Quick thru the drive thru and good people. This is where it ended. Ordered Asiago Chicken Sandwich combo. $11 and change.
Fries were not done. Soft and barely hot.
Sandwich was tough. Way to thin for a chicken sandwich and the vegetables were warm. Now to the tea, almost cannot describe it, tea had a lemony smell and the color was very faint. Not what I’m use to from Wendy’s and the taste was not tea. Looked and smelled but not tea. Would not recommend as I am one that will write good reviews as well even call and let them know I had a good experience…not this time.

We ordered 2 biggie bags with baconator fries and ranch with our nuggets. Didn’t get our nuggets or ranch. Fries were cold. Barley any cheese on our baconator fries. And made my boyfriend pull up to wait on our food when there was no one there but him and we didn’t even get all our food. And not to mention this isn’t the first time we’ve had this problem.

Went to Wendy’s today between 12-12:30.
Made it to the second window where I did NOT get my root beer float that was ordered. The lady at the window said “it was not on my order and I would have to go to the back of the line”, where 6 or more cars were behind me.
Mind you I am 20 weeks pregnant and a nurse who had to get back to work.
I left with no drink, no sauce for my nuggets and no sour cream. My order should have been shown on the screen.

Extremely rude worker at the window. My dad simply asked if there was a straw in the bag for a drink and was met with a “Yeah, I know how to bag orders,” in an extremely snarky tone. Just rude and unprofessional all because he asked a question about something that could be easily forgotten.

Literally just pulled in and she said “What do you want ” I said “I need 15 burgers and 5 small fries” (mind you some people have big family’s and can’t always cook during the heat or need something fast) and she said “are you serious, like really ? ” And I said …yes…? She said “just is that all, like yes that’s all thank you… And she said “just pull forward passed the window by the door we’ll be out eventually” and the girl who brought it out was super nice but the one on the mic, needs a day off ✋

Got a grilled chicken wrap from there and couldn’t even eat it. The tortilla was so hard I had to throw 80% of it away. The one specifically in point pleasant is horrible at night time. Most of the food isn’t even fresh.
