My order is almost always incorrect. My food arrived cold. The lettuce on the burger was black and brown and the fries contained a very long red hair that did not belong to me. Oh, and they never give me straws.

Genuinely THE WORST Wendy’s experience i’ve ever had. Fairly Horrific costomer service. the person “helping us” was June. They were HORRIBLE.
Ive been to A bunch of Wendy’s across the country. And always had a tasty fast food meal with generally good customer service. After visting this wendys i understand why people refuse to eat there. My Boyfriend and I decided to have a little date here, it was around 3:50 when we walked in. There were people in front of us, on lady with her order alredy put in and 2 people eating together. After they ordered, the cashier just looked at us AND WALKED AWAY. Then continued to ignore us for about 20 minutes. We honestly should’ve left. One kind gentleman from the back came up saw us and then went and got June. We didn’t get our order in till 4:16 according to our receipt. While ordering, I asked for somthing then when my Boyfriend asked for somthing she asked if we were together and looked annoyed at him for existing. We said yes, we were literally standing together and June had no problem allowing other people to order together. June then only acknowledged me wouldn’t even look at my boyfriend and ignored him when he said anything. I wasn’t even the one paying. The food did come out quick and the same guy who got the register running again brought us our food, he was super nice. Practically ran the whole storefront. The only problem with the food was the fries were a bit under seasoned. But literally thanks to June we will not be returning.

Never says hello on the speaker and will ignore you if you try to say hello. They will repeatedly ask what can I get for you until you spit out your order. And even if you order the most expensive meal on the menu, they charge you $.50 per sauce

I’ve been to this location multiple times and every time I’ve been here the manager that was there today (Friday night) is always on her phone, ignores customers, touches food without gloves, I’ve only ever seen her put her phone down when an employee is getting her attention (after 3 tries) to finally help them with orders. I will not be returning to this location if this is how the managers act. I’ve also seen her yell and treat her workers terribly.

It took 15 minutes for a cashier to come to the register inside because everyone there was focused on drive-Thru only. Went in the bathroom and slipped and almost fell on the floor because there was soap and water thrown on the floor, unattended, with no wet floor sign present. I told the manager and she said she knew about it already but yet the issue was still not addressed. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant and there have been many bad experiences, but this one tips them all. No concern and complete disregard for customer safety inside their establishment.

A Dave’s double is my go to sandwich at any wendys but this time I was pretty disappointed with what I got. The patties were thinner and dryer and The bun was going stale. Along with the dissatisfying food, the cashier at the drive thru had greasy gloves on when they took my card. Leaving grease on my card when they handed it back.

Workers were extremely rude here! It wasnt just one thing that made this place trash. Fries were cold soggy and wet from the oil like they took them out way to early. Spicy chicken sandwich was cold bread was fuked like it was stepped on Chicken of course had a hair, Drinks had almost no ice its summer please stop stiffing customers with ice!! Never going here again its just trash Do better management.

Went in for some lunch today ordered a bacon double cheeseburger in the drive through lady obviously wasn’t listening to me she tells me to pull up to first window doesn’t tell me the total she wasn’t even at the first window she was at the 2nd after a few minutes waiting I pulled up nobody even said anything to me so she doesn’t ask for a total just takes my card and swipes it then says I’m short $2 I was thinking no way because that sandwich is only like $4 so she finally says the total that it’s $7 and some change I said there is no way a double bacon cheeseburger is $7 something’s not right so she says do you want a refund because it is and I said yes I do so I get my refund go in the store order the exact same thing I orderd in the drive through and what do you know only $4 and some change so I try to get to the bottom of why the lady was trying to charge me $8 well she obviously wasn’t listening to me at all because they were charging me for a sandwich that I never even ordered last at the drive through was very unprofessional I tried to tell the younger man working the cash register about it he just ignored me and brushed it off like nothing happened very unprofessional atmosphere I can definitely say I will not be back to this location

Sometimes it’s good. It’s not or miss but the reason for the 3 stars is bc they close whenever they want to and they don’t stay open until 1am.

The food is always good. However, every single time I go through the drive-thru, as soon as I get to the window, I am instructed to park and my food will be brought out to me. Even when there isn’t anyone else in line. Makes no sense. Last time, I waited 17 minutes for 2 junior bacon cheeseburger meals.
