The cashier was too busy with her snapchat to finish taking my order and was still screwing with it when I got to the window to pay. This place has the worst customer service I have experienced since moving to West Virginia. This is the 3rd time I have gone here in 9 months and it will be the last.

Replace your order pull up to the window and paid for order then, were asked to pull into a waiting spot until our food was ready , it took 12 minutes from the time of order until we recurved it. However it took us another 10 minutes to receive ther two drinks that we ordered with the meal however the wrong drinks were delivered we waited and . Finally just went inside to get our own drinks that took another four minutes in total we waited for 25 minutes with no apologies no discount or feedback from the manager extremely disappointing

The service was great and quick. And it wasn’t too expensive to eat here. The atmosphere was great and It wasn’t too hot or too cold inside. And they were really pleasant to the us. The only thing I found unusual is that they didn’t have a baby/toddler friendly bathroom, there wasn’t anywhere I could change my daughter’s diaper in the bathroom.

I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget and a drink. I was the only person in the drive thru and they weren’t busy. I only got 7 nuggets. This Wendy’s is awful

Our group arrived at this Wendy’s around 9pm. Once inside we moved to counter where the young lady had pink ear buds hanging around her neck which is not professional looking. Attempted to order chili which they stated they are out. Noticed they look like they were closing things done. Floor mats were on the trash can and fry station was broke down. Our fries was not hot and fresh, buns on both sandwich was cold and not warm. Had to repeat what I wanted on my sandwich multiple times and in the end the manager ask me again what I wanted on it which shows the cashier did not enter it correctly. All three drinks had to come from the back since the machine in the dinning room had only Coke and I mean Coke only as an option. Location is dirty and is not what is expected from Wendy’s. Once in the dinning room, multiple crew stepped right outside to smoke which worries me on whether they are washing their hands etc when they return. Overall very rough visit and needs to be address.
