Great place quality food and the best atmosphere and even has a section for your kids can set and have lounge chairs and they have all types of different tables and chairs. Family setup and also high chairs for kids and also a TV section with lounge chairs and a coffee table in the corner. Also the staff is very nice. The employees treat you with respect and you get the best quality fresh food And it’s also the best Wendy’s in all of Mercer county area. Even though it’s in the Virginia line, it’s the best Wendy’s from Beckley to Bluefield

Ordered a Oreo Brownie Frosty
That’s the only thing I ordered
It took 32 minutes
They pulled me up and had me wait. I was the only customer there, I watched 3 customers come and go.
When I got the Frosty it was completely melted.
I definitely understand things happen with machines but I shouldn’t have waited on a Frosty that didn’t have any Oreos and completely melted

All round great Wendy’s experience. From ordering to the food ready was nice and quick. My salad was fresh and tasty and the kids loved their son of Baconator, ‘plenty of bacon’.
So far, so Wendy’s. What really set this apart from other fast food places was the staff really putting effort into ensuring all customers were happy with everything. The manager and later one of the staff walked around making sure all was well. I have never seen this kind of service in a fast food chain and it seemed to be welcomed by the other patrons too. Got to go with 5 ‘s.

Let’s start with what comes on The Bacon Double Stack – featuring two beef patties, Applewood smoked bacon, cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickle and onion. My husband asked for no cheese. I received a dry ready to feed to my dog burger. Only had the patties and bacon . Let’s move to the salad. old and old over stuffed. Hardly any blue cheese. As I lifted the salad over with my fork fruit flies flew out. Don’t worry we won’t be back.

I came here after we went to Shogun today. I don’t know if it’s something in the air in Bluefield but everybody is just rude. We had a negative experience at Shogun with the old man with the acne scars and then we come to Wendy’s and the lady in the Drive-Thru was just so rude. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but the woman who’s working the window today really needs an attitude check. And the fries were cold.

Waited in line for roughly 30 minutes with only one customer in front of me.
The staff were so focused on the drive thru that the lobby was being greatly neglected.
I ordered a baconator combo and kids combo. Paid extra for pepper jack and a medium lemonade.
Once my order was finished I went to get it from the counter and had to ask for my drink. Having asked for sauce when ordering, received none. Asked for my sauce and was told by the staff at the counter that they needed to go to the back and get it, although I saw with my own eyes the sauce I requested was already up front. While waiting, another staff was kind enough to hand me one.
I got to the table and my burger was not only dry but did not have the extra cheese I paid for.
Service is slow, atmosphere is extremely nonchalant, and on top of this there was definitely staff on duty that were under the influence.

Absolutely the best fast food restaurant in Bluefield, VA hands down. Employees enjoy their job and are friendly. Food is always on par, yet to have one bad experience yet. I go here almost daily just because their $5 biggie bag is absolutely amazing.
