This is literally the second day that I have came to this restaurant and they have not gave me the food that I have paid for. I’m done when I call and ask for it to be replaced it as an issue. They do not want to give me a corporate number they do not want to give me names. They do not want to replace my food and it’s getting very tired.

Drive thru is always risky here. Long wait. Given wrong frosty fusion. When I handed it back, I was told this one and the one I ordered look like. Tasted it – wrong drink!! Ate at home so I could add a full-size tomato on the burger and condiments I requested.

Went for breakfast, and the service was horrible, they messed up the entire order. The soda was flat and when I asked if they could change the drink, she said sure but it will taste the same it comes from the same place as she rolled her eyes at me. My bacon egg and cheese had no cheese and was not eatable. Absolutely horrible food and service. $30 put in the trash! Do better Wendy’s!!

Was a terrible experience. Me my hubby and my mother had came to dine in at this location well when we walked in someone looked straight at me and walked away didn’t tell anyone we was up there to take our order. all the employees was standing over near drive thru chatting about another employee about how he liked to run his mouth. i finally leaned over the counter and yelled to get someones attention. they finally came and took our order we paid and went to sit down and listen for our name to be called. you could hear the employee talking still. cussing and everything and bad mouthing the other employee. we heard our name to be called and when I went up to get my food the women looked at me and said I owe you a fry and I will bring them out to you. I agreed and took our food to the table well my husband food was hot but mine and my moms burger we cold to the touch and the fries we did have was cold awful tasted like they had been there for a while. So i took the food back up. I had to lean over the counter again for someone to come help me. they was sitting back there talking and the girl was wanting the boys to rate her of how annoying she was on a scale from 1 to 10. I went back to my seat and waited for another 15 mins or so there was people that came in about 5 mins after us and was already order and sitting with there food so I went back up to ask where our food was and they had gave it out to those people that sat down all because they was worried about a personal problem at work and worried about cussing and all had to get the manager to give me a refund so that i could go somewhere else to eat. will never be back again

Stopped in Easter Sunday 2022 for a quick break from riding my Harley and grabbed some food. 5 stars because the food was hot and fresh, the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms clean and the staff was friendly.

Me and boyfriend went here today 09/04/25 and the cashier named Christian was rude to my boyfriend because he had to make iced coffee and gave us attitude the entire time and said it took the longest to make. I’m a food service manager and I understand that sometimes it can be a hassle but we were the only people upfront when this happened. I think extremely rude and unprofessional. When he handed my boyfriend the coffee he smirked oddly and said “I hope you enjoy, I made especially for you” which we both found very odd and concerning so he didn’t drink it.

Food was cold, they forgot 4 orders of fries, no straws, baconator fries were poorly put together. Only one piece of bacon and what looks like one squirt of cheese. I spent $45 on food that was a complete waste

Terrible service at this Wendy’s tonight 8/18. They were out of everything (large buns, ketchup, bbq sauce, small pieces of hamburger meat, and the drink machine in the lobby wasn’t working) We were served cold and old french fries that we had to take back and ask for fresh ones, the chicken nuggets were old, and they didn’t even put bacon on the jr. bacon cheeseburgers so we had to also go back and ask for that. I opened up my jr bacon cheeseburger to look at it and the meat barely covered half of the bun. They had shared a piece of meat between mine and my daughter’s burgers. We also had to take this back and ask for more meat to finish out the rest of the bun. We went in at around 915 and the first time I went up and asked for fresh fries, he reminded me a few times that they closed at 10 and it was 930. When we left at 955, he told me that we left right on time, as to say that we got out before it hit 10 o’clock. If we hadn’t had to many problems we would have been gone a lot sooner than that. Such pitiful service, I’d be embarrassed to serve any of the food we received tonight.

The hamburger was dried out so bad that I only ate the center portion. Next time going to ask for it to be made FRESH like Dave said.
