I ordered on the app and the food was good, but they forgot my straw for my drink. I’m lucky they did because when I got home I further inspected my tea (after scooping the ice out since there is no option for no ice on the app) and there are mold specs floating around in my tea, wasted money on something I *luckily* didn’t drink… now worried how clean their backline is and if I shouldn’t have eaten the food either

Pick up our dinner tonight and the service was wonderful, everyone were very sweet and professional, we had a big order I was so impressed that they closed the bags down and taped them to keep them warm, then put them all in a large bag. Two thumbs up to Wendy’s out standing service.

So I asked for a baconator plane at 6:33 on a Wednesday. I got given the sandwich with mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. Not a big deal. I asked for a replacement. They were all upset that I asked no one even attempted to apologize. Worst customer service ever

I just left this wendys, I ordered a Jr bacon cheese no cheese, only mustard, ketchup, onions and mustard. First time wrong, had it replaced, second still wrong, third time STILL WRONG. I just left, im in the food service myself.

This is the only Wendy’s you should go to. Every other Wendy’s in the city of Roanoke is a literal mess of management, and not clean.
This Wendy’s is fast, they keep it clean, and the staff are nice. This ranks as the top Wendy’s in my book.

I ordered a medium fry and a medium brownie batter frosty. At first I was charged over $9, until 8 said something, because the med fry is 3.19 and the med BB Frosty is 3.69 on their board, which is $6.88, or $7.66 with 11% tax. And I said something so they changed it, but then gave me a half empty fry box, and a small Frosty, which they insisted was a medium. But which I know isnt true. I just had the same thing at a different Wendy’s (Main St) and it was bigger. Tried to add photos but can’t???

It was okay they were fast. The parking lot was clean. Went though the drive through ordered she was polite. Got home to eat and the bread was brick hard:( that wasn’t fun at all. Feel like thats a waste of my time and Money when they serve food that can’t even be consumed. Everything besides the food was great. So maybe they are training new people or something and just need to be reminded if they wouldn’t eat it dont serve it.

Just recently moved to the grandin area and have frequented the McDonald’s on apperson, but this night, I felt like wendys. Ordered a baconator, son of baconator and a large fry. The cashier ran my card, he had the hood of his sweatshirt pulled up over his head, and he never once spoke a word to me. The bag seemed light when I received my food so I checked it thankfully. The baconator only had one patty and definitely didn’t have 6 strips of bacon on it, the son of baconator looked like a junior bacon cheeseburger, and the fries looked like the fryer shortening hadn’t been changed in a week, mind you, the order was $14. The manager told me I didn’t request a double baconator, which I’ve never had to do before, and the son of baconator is a small burger. I requested a refund, which he did, but he didn’t refund the fries for some reason. Never once did he apologize or offer to correct the issue, it was just excuses. So I went across the street to McDonald’s.
