They have there times just like any other place, but most of the time food is fresh. And sometimes when it isn’t once I get home know that it is called and they’ll easily make ends with me and replace order whenever I’m by there next time,very nice, But most of The Times these guys are having good days and you have hot fresh cook manner food & service, if ever they fail i be bk here with details, watch on going to other Wendy’s in the next 20 25 mile radius,

This location is absolutely gross & disgusting anymore. Everything is always cold and nothing is ever made fresh. With the expensive price and disgusting quality, I’m not sure how this place is still in business. Save your money and just stay away.

This is usually a pretty solid spot, but today they were WAY OFF THE MARK on quality and customer service. I waited behind only 1 car in the drive thru and it was nearly 10 mins before it was my turn to place the order. When I pulled up to the speaker the lady just said: “what do you want to order?” When I pulled around to the window no one said Hi, they just told me the charge and gestured for my card and gave me my drink and then my meal a few mins later. I ordered a Dave’s Double Cheeseburger and Fries combo and turns out they sent me home with a single-patty cheeseburger, even though I paid for the double, and the fries were not even close to done – they were white, bendy, and lukewarm and I only live approx 5 miles from this location. Sure hope they do better next time

The fries tasted like they haven’t changed the fryer oil in ages, they got several items in the order completely wrong, and there was ants in the strawberry lemonade I ordered. I would listen to the other reviews, this place is awful. The employees were kind but the rest of the experience was just bad.

They are always out of something like cheese Sauce or Baked potatoes I have lived in this town for 3 years now out of like 15 orders only 1 has been good Or even close to other Wendy standards. And I used to work at a Wendy. Managers need to do a better job ordering and supplying. Last time staff were extremely rude. To a lady with speech impediment at the pay window. It broke my heart for her. I really think corporate needs to come in and do a review of this store

Food was amazing and hot! Employees were extremely polite and nice. This Wendy’s always has amazing service and I will be coming back! (AND for you customers trying to get to the drive thru first) I do wish people would go in the correct entrance and out the correct exit.
