This was my 3rd time in there within the last two weeks. Ever time I go in I’m “greeted” by a Tracy that works there if the way she looked at you could kill she’d be a serial killer, I’ve never seen someone with such distain in thier eyes.. I Placed my order paid and got my receipt.. I asked for no pickles, after 15 mins my food was finally ready.. only to have you guessed it pickles all through my sandwich, I wish the staff in the back was more concerned with reading the screen than talking and laughing unbelievably loud, and to make matter worst my fries were cold I would have thought atleast they would be fresh considering the wait.. but the last thing was the manner in how the drink station was kept.. all in all this was not a good experience… I didn’t even want to go back get my food remade..

I waited in the drive thru just for them to tell me they are only taking cash at the window but they are taking card at inside. No sign was put up so I was stuck in the drive thru between 2 cars. Would not recommend the need to get it together they obviously dont know how to run and operate a business

Not sure what was going on this morning but I pulled up to the drive thru window at 9:29am on Thursday April 20th. There were no cars in front of me. I was the only vehicle. No vehicle at the pick up window. Waited 3-5 minutes with no response. Pulled up to the window. I saw no employees or any customers inside at the cash stand. Not sure what was up. Maybe they are use to no customers for breakfast or what but this was very disappointing. The location I would think should have business but maybe I’m wrong. Maybe they don’t have no employees or enough employees but this is something management or ownership should fix.

I ain’t even gonna lie this one kid doesn’t need too be working here I mean as a 17 year old I get not having motivation to do you job well but he works with food and i wanted a frosty but he said the frosty machine was broken but it CLEARLY wasn’t cause my cousin was ordering on another line at the SAME time as me and they got frosty, and that’s not all my brother ordered a burger with everything on it and the was no pickles and he got very upset. Please fix this

Will not serve customers during shift changes. I was turned away 2 days in a row. Takes staff an hour to complete a shift change per manager.

I stopped to get gas and gave the Wendy’s a try..the cashier was too busy talking to another coworker about someone else to really pay attention to what I was ordering. I ended up having to correct her 3 times til she FINALLY read back the correct order. However the store was super clean and the food was good.
