Probably the worst managed fast food place around. Can’t rate the food because after 5 visits, I left empty handed each time. The first 3 times, they said “our system is down for the next hour or two. Both times were between 8 and 9pm. The second two times they could only accept cash. This all was over a six month period. I won’t be wasting anymore of my time with this Wendy’s.

Always an issue in this store. Its always nasty and the service is as bad as the food. Tonight, the order i was picking up was wrong. Rather than just fix it, the lady gave me the attitude like she didn’t even understand why I had the nerve to walk into her store to begin with. Told me “at least we gave you something “. As in “something is better than nothing “. Try to avoid this location if at all possible. It took everything in me not to make her wear that frosty.

I went through the drive thru last night, I got the mozzarella chicken sandwich and when I got my food my whole sandwich was in the bottom of the bag fully apart, I asked them if they could remake it and they said they wouldn’t, I then asked to speak to a manger and she said she wouldn’t do anything. Don’t go here at all the chili also made me really sick don’t recommend. Also after she said she would “try to fix it” she just put it in a new wrapper and she had no gloves on at all.

Visited this location for the first time at 7:15pm today (9-27-22, a Tuesday) and they told me to go through the drive through because inside was closed. They were not cleaning at all. All the chairs were on the floor. All the inside lights were on. A lot of workers were sitting at the dining tables on their phones. The place also smelled like a lot of weed smoke. Me and my family left and went to McDonald’s!

We waited in line for 30 minutes. Drive-thru cashier NEVER said anything, she held her hand out for the payment, passed over the drinks, finally handed the bag WITHOUT STRAWS FOR DRINKS. Never said here you go, thank you, have the day you deserve, sorry about the wait, nothing. Fast food is no longer fast! Fries were dry, warm at best. Thankfully the order was correct. We will miss this stop on our next trip.

After remodeling the building last year you still can not eat inside, the doors are always locked drive thru only, really would like to eat my meal inside instead of my car, really getting fed up with both Colonial Heights location and the doors always being locked. When asked they say the front computer is broken and keeps freezing up, you can fix the building but not what makes and takes money I call b.s. still in line after 25 mins here is where I am 3rd car from ordering…. Wendy’s this is ridiculous

Today I visited Wendy’s to pick up food for myself and my partner. I ordered a #1 Double Combo, a chicken sandwich, a soda, and a large vanilla Frosty. As I approached the window to pay, I asked the young lady if I could add an additional large Frosty to my order. Instead of helping, she responded with a dismissive attitude and told me I would need to drive all the way back around to place a new order—despite the fact that I was already at the window and ready to pay.
Her tone was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I chose not to engage and simply left without completing the order. If employees are going to work in customer-facing roles, especially in the fast food industry, professionalism and basic courtesy should be a priority.
I strongly recommend that the franchise owner conduct unannounced visits to observe how their staff are interacting with customers. Based on today’s experience, I can only give this location ½ a star out of 5.
