I went to get breakfast this morning and got to the Wendy’s at 8:02. Someone was in the drive through in front of me and was waiting. He asked were they closed and they said yes. I waited in the drive through line until 8:10 and still no service even though they open at 8am. The groundskeeper was picking up trash but when I drove to leave the restaurant a worker was in the lobby just on their phone. They need to do better with service and acknowledging their customers.

The drive thru person was Awful! Spilled soda on me while giving it to me. I asked for a manager he walked away from the window. He was rude and my food was cold and my fries were 10 fries with my Biggie bag. Train these people in customer service. I did not come inside because one I was scared that they would spit in my food and I don’t trust people. It was not I would expect from just moving here from NY. Yall are very rude hea.

Got my order completely wrong. Ran out of honey mustard for nuggets. Ordered a biggie bag bacondouble stack and got a single cheese burger. You can tell that the food has been sitting out for a while. They keep remodeling this place but keep the same staff. I rather drive further to atleast get a hot lunch

This restaurant is slowly going downhill. The place is dirty, I ordered a spicy chicken combo. It has very little, and I man very little lettuce & a half slice of tomato. The fries were actually on point. Fresh & hot. There was only a few people in the restaurant, you can’t tell me that they’re on enough people working to keep the place clean.

Update 26SEP23: This Wendy’s location continues to go downhill as service times are slow, service is mediocre at best, and orders are sometimes correct and sometimes not correct.
This Wendy’s is an older location. The inside was somewhat dirty with stained carpets and counters that hadn’t been wiped down. Service wasn’t friendly, but it wasn’t rude. The food was delivered quickly. It’s not a great fast food location.

I mean, everything possible was terrible about this place. We threw the food in the trash once we got home. None of the burgers were made as ordered. The fries were cold. No ice in our drinks. I will never go to Wendy’s again after this.

I originally ordered a family size chilly but was told they no longer carry that size so I ordered 2 large sizes. I bought it home and ended up with 3 small chilies. Upon eating it, it was not only spicy but also burnt. It burnt chunks were mixed in and some of the beans were still undercooked so they were on the firmer side. The employees need to be retrained on how to cook the food better or find a new job. Nobody wants to eat half burnt food and half undercooked food. That’s a good way of getting food poisoning and an even better way to get a lawsuit.
