This Wendy’s location is your average fast food place in the area. The dining area was basically clean and the food was delivered quickly. The food is acceptable, but it’s your normal fast food.

Stopped here yesterday with my dad to celebrate after I purchased a used car. Despite there basically being no one else there ordering food at the time, the staff were all busy chatting and it took a long time for someone to actually come to the counter and actually take our order. I don’t typically complain about staff chatter – I get it, work gets boring and having people to chat with helps a lot – but this was excessive.

Most people only leave reviews when they’ve had a bad experience. Never been to this Wendy’s. I live in VA Beach, but was on my way to the casino. Stopped here for a quick bite beforehand. They were out of the new cobb salad, which was a bummer, but the woman at the window & on the speaker was very pleasant! Most fast food places now have workers that are rude or don’t even speak to you. The lady (I did not get her name; colorful nails, came 4/11/23 around 1040PM) was so pleasant and nice! The food was good (Dave’s Double and pub fries). I was extremely impressed with the pub fries. Every time I go to Wendy’s, the toppings are definitely skimped. They put a generous amount on the fries!

Hello I had to leave this review for Wendys location that’s in Portsmouth Virginia on Victory Blvd by the Casino. Well that’s the most nastiest WENDYS I ever went to especially for a area that has a casino near it. This Wendy’s need knew management need knew good employees that care about customers and the food that they serve. I went to Wendy’s on Victory Blvd near Victory Crossing and the service was horrible. Food was cold burger and fries soda machine not working. The cashier scanner was not working for me to use my app. Could not use the bathroom because they did not want to give me a code to the woman’s bathroom but the men bathroom was freely to be used by men only. Employees so disrespectful l. The health department needs to go to this location and shut it down. The dinning area was nasty trash ever where. Trash can running over. I could not believe this was a Wendy’s. Someone need to look into this location. The employees at this location rather to be talking among each order instead of doing there job. This Wendy’s need improvement and a make over. This Wendy’s should not be looking like this in a town that gave a casino. SKIP AND RUN FROM THIS LOCATION

Listen Molly (ophallian is her last name or something like that) she was super professional and sweet! She made sure she had all my sauces in the bag, had great manners. Excellent customer service! Actually the beat that I had in the area. Also the lady working with her seemed to be on it too. They were working together as a team . Food came our fresh and hot!!! This was a great experience especially since I came close to closing. They deserve a raise !!!!

Every time I’ve been here, it’s taken 10-20 minutes to get my food. No one acknowledges you when you walk in, I frequently have to go back (and wait again) for missing items, and the food is usually thrown together pretty sloppily. Not sure if the staff is new to the industry or what, but I’d rather drive a little further to the one on Frederick than go here again.

UPDATE (03/14/22): I received an email from corporate asking me to contact the General Manager so that I could stop by the store on the days that she is working. I have not done this yet and find it strange that I should announce my visit. I will keep you guys posted!
