Rude as hell people. There hours they advertise are always false. Ive put in online orders and the time they’re advertised to have the doors open are false i called and they said they will open at 0800 and still closed. And i called to confirm. I went through the drive through to see if i can pick up my order and the young lady just said “you cant pick up online orders at the drive through” and slammed the sliding window on our face. This is the worst service ive ever seen.

I tried the new grilled chicken ranch wrap, it was really good. Inside was really clean, even the bathroom. Did take a while to get the food but the fries seemed fresh. This location is on a military base, so if you don’t have a military or contractor ID you won’t be able to get to it.

Placed a to-go order for a certain pickup time. When I showed up at that time nothing was ready. Waited for a few minutes before getting my order. When I recieved my order and got back to my shop EVERYTHING was cold. Burger was cold, fries, and nuggets.

I had a bad experience at Wendy’s by the naval base. My friend and I buy some food for breakfast but this lady has a bad attitude. She’s not supposed to be rude to anyone else. She brings up the store reputation to have a good moral and right conduct. My friend is the one who ask for apologies for what she does. Your rudeness is not good examples to others.

I ordered an apple pecan salad last week and it didn’t have chicken. Today i ordered the same salad and told them to make sure there’s chicken because there wasn’t any in it last time. The salad had chicken but no apples.

Took a very long time, as expected honrstly went during lunch. The people working were incredible! Super nice. My burger ended up being mostly cold but the fries were fresh so kind of counteracts.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been in. The Avacado grilled chicken was dry, lettuce was old and wholly not fresh at all. Bathroom was nasty and not maintained. Only thing keeping me here was I was starving and I had to poop.
