I am a frequent customer here, I ordered my usual which is not labeled on the menu but is still available to order. The person who took my order assumed it was something else and when I got to the window to verify, I noticed they charged me more than usual. I told Alyssa that I ordered a regular cheeseburger and not the bacon because I cannot have it. She took my bag back and then comes back with another bag of food. I catch her and tell her that she owes me $1.57 due to the overcharge. She gets mad, closes the window, speaks to someone and returns to ask me (with an attitude) if I wanted an extra item in exchange. I accepted the item. The tone she gave made me feel uncomfortable due to me not being mad about the situation, I just wanted my order to be corrected. It was just not professional. The food was delicious tho. Nice and hot

after ordering on the self checkout bc they act like they didnt notice anyone in the front i asked for the code to the bathroom and she ackted like i was bothering her. the bathroom is disgusting. you would think its half way decent bc they locked the doors but nope, i feel like the employees complain bc they are lazy, sure not all of them but if you want to stop none paying customers from using the restroom at least keep it half way clean, it looks like it might be from the employee them self due to the gloves smh

paid 26 bucks for the worst fast food experience ever. i ordered a salad with no chicken, it was supposed to have cheese on it though. no cheese was on the salad so i basically paid for lettuce with bad tasting apple slices on top. i also ordered fries, and was given no fries. ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and it came out with no cheese. when i asked for a slice of cheese at the window, the worker said that will be 60 cents and when i said “can i pay here?” she said that she “has a line so you have to circle back around and order again” (meanwhile the line created was because of the workers being extremely lazy and slow). service took around 10 minutes in the drive thru and the worker was very rude. this is the first review i have ever written but the experience was so bad i felt this was necessary to warn future customers. i do not recommend this wendy’s.

I must go at the right time of day always because my food is always cooked fresh and everything is always perfect. The two young ladies that work the window in the morning are amazing and they greet you and say how is your day going etc instead of some of these places just open the window expecting you to hand them the money and then they just hand you the food without saying anything

One of the WORST Wendy’s to visit not! They were really good when they first built this location and reopened. Slowly, they’ve allowed these young individuals to ruin their business! Service is Horrible, no one is friendly, talking on the cell phone at drive through.

This might be the first time a Wendy’s has gotten my (so complicated it’s stupid) order correct without hassle. Kim in the drive-thru was pleasant and understanding, and my sandwich was perfectly done. My annoying order was the Breakfast Baconator, sub croissant, no egg, no cheese, add honey butter, and it was DONE RIGHT. I’m so pleased. Thank you, Kim & Co!

While only ordering a Frosty I observed that this Wendy’s is the cleanest location I have ever visited tons of attention to detail, even the bathrooms were spotless. Daddy’s no excuses there’s even a baby changing table in the Men’s room. The customer service I received was well above 5 stars James you did an amazing job keep it up, Wendy’s needs more employees like you nationwide!

Drive thru. Eat from here every so often. Got a side upgraded to chili cheese fries, but they came out more like “bean cheese fries.” Anyways, just thought there would be more of the meat sauce.
