Walked to Wendy’s to dine in. Door was unlocked. Then was told that only drive thru and mobile order was open. So I ordered on the mobile app. I was then told that I had to walk through the drive thru if I wanted to get the food I ordered, instead of just being able to wait in the open seating area for my food as they now wanted to lock the doors to dine in.

If dine in is closed then that’s fine but then actually lock the doors. If I’m already inside because you chose to keep the doors open that shouldn’t be my problem. I cancelled my mobile order.

I visited this establishment Friday 12/12/25 around 7 something
A darkskin girl named Angel who also wears glasses was my cashier. She was very hard of hearing . When I arrived to pay and retrieve my food , she was ignoring me when I tried to get her attention. She doesn’t know how to multitask I even saw a manager (white lady with long gray hair ) telling her she can’t roam Around she needs to stay by the window.
She gave me raspberry tea instead of sweet tear & when I asked for an Arnold palmar she gave me raspberry tea mixed with lemonade . I was around 10 minutes away from the establishment so I just threw it out the window . But not only were you unprofessional you don’t pay attention to detail nor listen carefully. My sandwiches were wrong & I was given the incorrect sauce with my meal . It aggravates me when I spend my hard earned money and can’t get what I asked for them as well as I don’t recognize it’s wrong until I’m already gone . Do better at this location seriously.

COME HERE TO RUIN YOUR BOWELS

This place is the absolute worst. 1/22/2026 – this morning at 8:00am, I ordered breakfast here. I ordered the potato wedges, two sausage egg and cheese, and a breakfast baconator.

Wedges: MISSING ❌
Sausage Egg Cheese 1: Correct
Sausage Egg Cheese 2: JUST EGG+CHEESE ❌
Baconator: Made wrong ❌

They didn’t give me a receipt.

The item that was for me, the baconator, was made on a croissant instead of a bun, it had way too much sauce, the sausage patty was overcooked and dry. I ate half of it, and had nausea and diarrhea from it.

They only have you at the window for a few seconds before they ask you to pull forward so that you “get out from under their timer”. So, when you inevitably receive your wrong order, you have to go through the drive through again, or just ‍♂️ eat the slop and get over it.

DO NOT LET THEM SEND YOU AWAY FROM THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE TO GET YOUR ORDER FIXED.

STAFF ALL NEEDS TO BE FIRED. ❌ ‍♂️❌

Paid for 10 spicy nuggets but got 9 regular room temp nuggets after being told to pull forward and waiting 15 minutes when it wasn’t even busy.

1. Quick service
2. Correct order
3. Hot food
You can only pick two and this place can’t deliver on any of them so just go to Chick-fil-a or something.

Sat in the drive through 1/4/26 at approximately 12:09 to 12:16 no one came to intercom, so I pulled around and sat for 10 more minutes. Answer clearly see people qith head phones on like what you guys got going on it’s a Saturday one car infront of me and no service it’s ridiculous. So I went to Mcdonalds next door was in and out within 10 mins from order time to getting my food. Craziness

if i could give this place -10 i would, manager on mid shift ,white lady with long grey hair you might see her outside smoking a cigarette sometimes, had the nastiest attitude she doesn’t need to be working around anyone’s food or in customer service in general. they don’t even give you sauce when you order then turn around and give you a hard time about something you ordered AND PAID FOR!!!!!!! ridiculous

I went here 3 times to see if they would get better. Didn’t happen. Either the food was undercooked or order was wrong and the last time was waiting to order at the front and just nobody came to take my order about 20 mins legit i just left.

Autism mom with a son who LOVES Wendy’s. We eat at a lot of Wendy’s…a lot. We’re in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area this weekend for a big Special Olympics event. We walked in and we were greeted SO WARMLY. It caught me off guard with the genuine smiles and the patience with my son ordering for himself. I know when I walk in a Wendy’s what we’re going to get food-wise but THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being especially kind.

Food same as usual. The server could be clearly heard on the ordering intercom and was very friendly when I picked up by drive-thru order. The window cashiers are always friendly.
