This location was actually quite a pleasurable experience. Food was good, staff attitude was great. I ordered a strawberry frosty for my son in error and the kind gentleman gave me a chocolate one at no extra charge. I ended up giving the small strawberry Frosty away to a hard-working Road Crewman that was waiting for his meal.

Rude employees, dirty restaurant, sticky floors, cockroaches everywhere. Absolutely do not recommend. You’d be better off eating from the dumpster outside. Also the guy that rang up my order charged me extra. My meal came with a drink but he decided to charge me for an extra one. Didn’t realize until after I paid and got my receipt. Tried to ask why I got charged extra and apparently only a manager can give a refund and there wasn’t one available. This place is complete trash.

They have taken full advantage of covid lock downs. All regular restaurants are open for walk in take out and they refuse to open the lobby for that. They’ve essentially cut open hours in half 08-1600 two days a week and 11-1500 one day and 06-2000 the rest of the days. Go the gator bowl for walk in service. I’ve had rude service multiple times and being only open for drive thru they still mess up orders. FULLY CHECK YOUR ORDER AND FOR SAUCES AND STRAW BEFORE DRIVING AWAY and taste your drink first. Being the only restaurant that can stay open from 06-2300 you’d think they’d take advantage of that. Just recently they opened the lobby back up. FINALLY

I’m blown away! This place has the absolute best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Every single staff member is down-to-earth, friendly, and just makes you feel at home. They make this place feel less like a fast food place and more like you’re a family member. Please, if possible, give these folks a raise. Oh yeah, and the food is great too!
