Unfortunately, I visited this Wendy’s today between Uber drives and urgently needed to use the restroom. The employee at the counter refused to provide the code and chose to argue instead, despite that I was clean, put together, and having advised that I would order right after as it was urgent. This response cost them my business and seemed more about exerting control than offering basic courtesy.
No other Wendy’s I’ve visited handles restroom access this way. I hope your team is trained to treat customers like the human beings they are, rather than becoming so focused on control that compassion is forgotten.

Most disgusting chicken wrap I have ever tasted.
Totally stale and some undercooked, dressing must have been expired, and it tasted acidic. No flavor and place was completely empty… now I know why . Don’t eat here if you want to live !

Guess I’m partially biased bc I don’t care for fast food as much as I did when I was younger so most every time, food isn’t “good” to me; I did have to go back and ask for a fresh set of fries and nuggets but without hesitation I got some but I had lost my taste buds for it. It was mostly for my grandson to get his nuggets and toy.

Stopped in late after a show around 11:30 for a quick dinner. The food was hot/fresh and the service was amazing. This location is on point, highly recommend. Will definitely be back in the future.

The first noticeable part of this review was how filthy this restaurant was, from the floors to the tables to the restrooms. I notified the person behind the register that the men’s room had urine all over the floor, & his response was “my manager is aware”. I was shocked, if they’re aware & it’s not cleaned or closed for cleaning is crazy. The food was ok, no complaints on that. But the attitude of counter worker & cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable.

This place was disgusting as soon as you walk in the front of the store a bag of trash, greets you before you pull the handle to go inside. The self service area was messy, trash everywhere. An employee was cleaning the tables with his hands. And no gloves, no wet towels and No hairnets. That place should get under new management. The manager sparked up his cigarette before even walking outside.

This was the most dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever been too.. it was a little busy, but my food came out cold. No ice and the soda machine smelt like alcohol.. managers were rude. Every garbage cans were full, I was scared to use the bathrooms…

I stopped for lunch at this Wendy’s located on Pacific Ave. in Oceanfront Virginia Beach, and I wanted to use the restroom before placing my order. The employees wouldn’t let me. They told me I had to place my order first, otherwise I wouldn’t be allowed to use it. I was shocked by the mistreatment of customers.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 10 piece honey BBQ nugget. I was very specific cause I really wanted HONEY BBQ….I got buffalo sauce. On top of that it took forever and there wasn’t a line, and the inside even appeared to only have a couple customers. I didn’t finish my nuggets cause it wasn’t want I wanted.

Well, we did get food eventually. They took my order, and I got my order, but my friend who was next in line had to wait a further 10 minutes before they decided they could get to him. I’m also a disabled veteran, with a disability that makes bathroom access a necessity, but they refused to give me the code until after I’d paid. Yes, I told them I was disabled. Nice to know how Wendy’s treats it’s veterans.
