I ordered a meal through grub hub along with a brownie frosty. The order was put in at 1658. At 1702 I got a message saying the received the order. About five to six minutes later I received another message saying the order was ready for pick up. My order was picked up and hour later. I received my order at 1806 with my frosty as milk. The frosty was made at 1702 per the recipe and my driver stating the frosty was melted before her even got there. This is the only Wendy’s I’ve ordered from where they don’t make your frosty once your driver arrives and I drive for grub hub as well l. I’ve been to plenty of Wendy’s that ask me to hold off on picking up the order while they make the frosty. I had to throw it away since i ordered at work and have to way of freezing it so I wasted my money.

Server had their pants down so far that they weree showing all of their underwear. I don’t care how you dress in public. That’s your choice. But, when you are handling other people’s food, I do care. Nobody wants to see their food servers dirty drawers. I didn’t order after seeing this. Just left. Will not be back there.

From the movement I entered, the experience was underwhelming. I ordered a combo meal, and after what seemed like forever, someone gave me a bag that was obviously not checked. Upon opening it, I found the burger to be lukewarm, the bun appeared stale, and the lettuce was wilted with a slight brown tint at the edges. Worst of all, the drive-thru line was moving slow. Cars ahead of me kept circling, waiting for missing items, with no apology from the staff at all it like they don’t care ( (Mind you i was waiting inside people are coming from their cars from drive thru ). This location showed a serious lack of quality control and customer service I Will never come back here ever again

Pulled up to the drive thru and was informed they have no hamburgers or specialty sandwiches. Then went to Hardee’s where a door dash guy told me they tell people that all the time when they don’t feel like working. Fire everyone and start over.

Drive thru. Get home to find it have the wrong sandwich. Barely has any condiments on it. My dogs enjoyed the meat. Service was pleasant people. Food, even the fries, were a huge disappointment. I rarely treat myself to take out.

We ordered food from DoorDash. I ordered a Dave’s Single combo and a 10 piece meal. My food came and I ONLY received the burger and two buns. Nothing on the burger at all. I called the store in Smithfield back just to vent and explain my frustration to the manager. He hung up the phone on me and never picked it back up when I called back. I will never support them again.

I placed an order that was a little over $50 via the app. Instead of the crew(management) that was on the clock at the time, check the receipt to make sure everything was in the bag including but not limited to the sauces; that was not the case. When my spouse brought the food home half of the order was missing. I called the store and the crew(management) act like they couldn’t find my order. Eventually they found my order and stated that I can come up and get the missing items and it would be fresh.
While en route to pick up my missing items I realized that one of my sandwiches was made incorrectly. I asked the manager if they can replace the sandwich as well. The manager told me the only way to do so was to go back to my house, pick up the sandwich that was made incorrectly, drive back and then it can be replaced. When I asked well instead of doing all of that can you just put my name down to get my correct sandwich on a late day. Only for the manager to go back and look at the receipt just to inform me that the ingredient that I requested to place on the sandwich was not in the store. Something that could have been told to my spouse at the time of pick up.
I normally do not have an issue when my meal is made incorrectly with it being replaced or fixed. However I felt as though customer service was not up to par today. I was just trying to make the evening easy on my spouse and children due to the fact I was seen at the emergency room due asthma attack.
Management needs to know not everyone is out scamming or scheming to get a free meal. I also understand I don’t know what the crew(management) dealt with before I place my order and visa versa. This is why I didn’t give management the tongue lashing I really wanted. I just hope they read this and if this happens to someone else their experience is much better.

Customer Sevice has gone down . Staff acts as if your messing up there day for placing an order. They take forever to get you your order. On top of that they can’t even get the order right ‍♀️ ‍♀️. Will never go back to this location horrible experience.
