We only got Frostys. I asked for two LG chocolate and 1 LG strawberry. They only had strawberry and explained that they only do one flavor at a time and change up every so often. That was disappointing but the young lady was very friendly and funny. She made it better. They really should get the other side of the machine fixed.

Food was about as good as you would expect. Nothing wrong there, but they forgot to ring up our order and then we almost ended up paying twice. I know these things happen but want to leave an honest review. Could be a little cleaner as well. Would stop again in a pinch but wouldn’t rush back.

If you choose to order from here never do delivery! First time I did delivery I ordered 6 things including a combo with a drink. The driver arrived with just my drink. No straw and none of my other items. I waited patiently while they went back to retrieve the rest of my food which I insisted they do. Altogether my food was an hour late. I tried again thinking they had ironed out the problems. Today I ordered a combo with one extra burger. It was due to arrive at 2:15pm it is now 4:53pm and I’m still waiting. The store is not even 5 mins down the road from me. I have no other issue with the drive through or walking in. I suggest Wendy’s find a different delivery service as door dash is not responsible enough to be consistent with their deliveries.

The burger and fries were fresh and tasted good. Service was good. Both drink dispensers were broken. Bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels, but when reported, they were replaced quickly. I’ll go there again, no doubt!

I’m not sure I could hate a business more. Rarely do they get your order correct. They never give receipts so you can’t double check what they have entered and charged you for. (So, make sure you ask for a receipt.) They have even gotten my drink orders wrong and then proceeded to argue with me about it. I know what my drink is supposed to taste like. Its been a horrible place for years, but somehow seems to get worse. We have so few options here on the Shore, we really are sol when it comes to fast food and even decent service. The only place to go that is reliable in Onley is Bojangles.

Horrible experience, walked in to about 6 employees standing behind counter just staring at you. Started telling young girl my order and she quickly said you have to order thru order pad and have to pay with credit card we don’t accept cash… WHAT !!. In my opinion this is terrible. So I decided to leave without placing an order. Oh and you better drive slow through the parking lot it looks like someone forgot to fill the potholes.

I ordered the Baconator meal and was very disappointed. There was little to no sauce of any kind on the sandwich. It was super dry and bland. Way too expensive for the quality.
