Whoever is running this team should be running the whole district or region. I have never had a bad experience here; the team is friendly, attentive, and just downright amazing. The food is always fresh, accurate, and delicious, but the staff is what really makes this place shine. It really is a breath of fresh air, you don’t get this kind of service at most fast food places. No problems, just good food and fast service. Thanks again, y’all! You are all amazing!

This location is my favorite in my local area. Staff are always friendly and although a very busy location, my mobile orders are given priority. Fries are ALWAYS hot and meals always picture perfect. Download the app the app and you can get some awesome freebies throughout the month/year. You can also customize meals (i.e., small drink and large fry or large iced coffee with small fry). Delivery surcharges are high even with the free delivery so I rarely use this feature but otherwise love everything else.

Fact is, I have always and still love Creamsicle Ice Cream. When I was a child, I would make my own using high quality Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream products and I still do so today. I have been dying to try Wendy’s new Orange Dreamsicle Frosty so today I did. The Verdict: It is just okay and I will stick with Haagen-Dazs or other products. However, I still do enjoy a small Chocolate or Vanilla Wendy’s Frosty!

If i could give a zero i would. The dine in is trashed and dirty. NOTHING was clean. I truly hope the manager or owner reads these. Both bathrooms were extremely dirty. And we came early in the day which leads me to believe they just ignore how bad they are. The kitchen was dirty with spills, oil, food on the floor. I hate leaving bad reviews but I have never seen a worse fast food place.

My son and I went to the drive through to order some lunch. I don’t know who was taking our order but she had to ask me 3 times what sauce I wanted on my saucy nuggs, the whole encounter was just me repeating myself multiple times. I wanted the spicy honey barbecue nuggets and ended up getting Buffalo even after repeating myself multiple times and same for my son‘s meal. I ordered him apple slices because he’s still young. He doesn’t need that much so I want to have a little bit more of a balanced meal, even though we’re eating at fast food And ended up getting fries. The gal didn’t read back to my order so that I could verify that everything was correct. I think the only thing that she actually did verify was the apple slices which we still didn’t get granted I should’ve checked to make sure everything was correct in the parking lot but I was just trying to get home with a cranky toddler.

Service was not great… No, it wasn’t good…. It was just horrible. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Combo as well as a Grilled Chicken Combo. We dined in. Was told that there would be an 11 minute wait on the Grilled Chicken. I’m not a fast food chef but 11 minutes? This wasn’t even the issue. Got our food and sat down to eat. Went back to the counter to get sauce and the manager ignored me. Not a mistake but a look-in-your-face then go back to doing whatever type of ignore. Avoid this Wendy’s if possible. They have an excellent location with the possibility of being extremely profitable but I doubt they are due to this lack of customer service.

Drive-Thru had the customer in front of me wait for 10 full minutes with no line while several cars came and left. After finally ordering and receiving my food, I got home and got the pleasant surprise of taking a bite of a bun that clearly should never have been served. Terrible service and clearly no one who even stopped to look at their ingredients before assembling a sandwich.
