i ordered a mobile order and the person working told me i have to wait in line? but the door dashers don’t have to wait in line…pretty sure she made made that up. every time
i come here they have some excuse as to why my food isn’t ready always. they don’t give a crap about customers only being right…..they had a line at the the drive thru and inside because they’re slow and dont care about customers

Ordered a Taco salad. Got home . No tortilla chip for the salad. Only a container of salsa and what looks like it may be chilli? Not sure . Called back asked to speak with a manager I was told we are busy now and too many orders she can’t talk to you. Told me to hold on and then someone came along and hung up the phone . Very rude customer service. No such thing as customer service any more . No one is available to help .and charged me $12 for nothing smh this is what I got . I deserve a refund ! AND NO SOUR CREAM !

They advertise for a 4.oo biggie bite and I ordered 2 of them and they charged 13bucks + upon getting to the window I said the price didn’t sound right for 2@ 4.00 she provides to tell me they don’t offer a 4.00 bag and closes the window and walks away. Btw I know smoking weed is legal now but didn’t think you could smoke in the place of employment. Behind the counter .

Wasted my own lunch break sitting in their drive through for almost 30 minutes, just to be told my jbc was given to someone else already when I got to the window. I decided not to waste anymore of my time by waiting for them to remake my food and possibly risk getting food with spit in it. This Wendy’s is very disorganized. Watched multiple other people bring their food back in the building to have issues with their orders fixed. Clearly I wasn’t the only person they did dirty on this day in particular.

I just went to the drive thru on this busy Friday night, 9/19/25, and was amazed at how quickly I was through. In less than 5 minutes I had my food in hand, hot and fresh and 100% correct. I had 2 burgers, fries, a chicken sandwich, and a frosty. There was a long line of cars in front of me, but it moved very quickly. Excellent job tonight!

Ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce with added ketchup and pickles and got a box with 2 pieces of lettuce, plain patty and 2 pickles. Second jr bacon also didn’t have bacon. Not sure where the disconnect is but there always seems to be one when I order at this location.

Picked up a couple of salads – Strawberry Salad is back! So good. This Wendy’s has consistently good service at the drive-through. This location’s landscaping is so beautiful with perennials, shrubs, mulch, etc. Someone really loves taking care of the outside of this restaurant. Makes staying in line a pleasure.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich. Was not great. They must have changed, and I will not order another one. Texture was off, and it was smaller, not spicy.
