I came to Wendy’s to get my son afternoon lunch and the manger of all people was so rude over a sauce! 1 single sauce as if a child doesn’t need more then one for a 6 piece nugget meal charged me 55 cents but didn’t give a receipt threw the money on the counter and walked off! Please do better MANAGEMENT

Didn’t like the atmosphere. Customer service was dry. Dining room was dirty Condiments cup tops etc were out Employees coming in off there break smelling like weed. Just not a good look. Reminds me every time is why I dont go fast food often

This is probably the worst and most incompetent fast food in the area. We have given it a few tries thinking maybe it was a one time fluke, but each time they’ve royally messed up our DoorDash orders. The first time they forgot all of the fries, the second time they sent us a “sandwich” that only had bun and bacon even though it was ordered correctly, the third and last time we order they forget EVERY sandwich except for… you guessed it… ANOTHER empty sandwich with just bacon. It’s actually impressive how terrible they’re at doing the simplest tasks.

All of the bad reviews about the drive thru taking 45 mins are accurate. I stopped here for lunch otw to a jobsite, it took around 30 mins for one order. I sat at the drive thru microphone for about 10 mins with no acknowledgement, so I said hello, I was greeted with an angry older black lady saying SIR I’LL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE. I bet money this Wendy’s location will not be here in the next year or so. The employees are nice but the management is terrible. No ketchup either. There’s plenty of other food places around here with much better options. I won’t be back.

This Wendy’s was clean but very slow even though there was no one else in line when we went in to dine. We ordered 2 chuvken nugget kids meals and one came as adult chicken tenders. It was ok but we will probably not be back.

Went here for lunch, got a Caesar salad with spicy chicken. It was absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was completely wilted. They didn’t even slice the chicken they just put the slab on top. I tried to order a sprite, they didn’t have any. I tried to order lemonade and they didn’t have any. I asked for no ice. I ended up with a Coke with ice in it. Just totally messed up and we waited probably a solid 20 minutes in the drive thru. I’ll never go back.

Ordered on the app, they cannot find it, then then found it, we ended up coming inside. Showed girl at drive through the order confirmation on the app she tried to tell us it was the wrong store, yet it wasn’t. Come on if you mess up move the order to the front of the line! Horrable service! After 15min and cranky kids we find out they had mistakenly given our order to the wrong person. Took a total of 44min to get out order!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t bother apologizing, do better! Also they were out of ketchup on a Saturday! Don’t worry we still paid full price and they also forgot part of our order that we paid for!!!!!

I visit this Wendy’s several times a week, and the food is always good. There’s a gentleman, possibly the manager or owner, who I sometimes see at the register, and when he’s there the store runs exceptionally well. The staff is extra pleasant, service is quick, and the overall vibe is great. Even when he’s not there, service is fine, but his presence really stands out. He gives 100% to customer service and interacts with employees in a way that is both firm and respectful.

Do not go here. Do not go inside, do not order online (they won’t receive it), and definitely do not go in the drive through. I try to keep my expectations realistic for fast food but this place is unbelievably poorly managed.
If you must go to Wendy’s, and you must go to this Wendy’s, expect to wait 30+ minutes if you get your food at all.

This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever seen in my life a very rarely come here and they never disappoint with how freaking slow they are. I bet they’re cooking it to order. My official wait time was 25 minutes and there was only four cars in front of me.
