We ordered two large cups of chilli soup. This is the worst chilli soup that we have ever had at Wendy’s. The soup was just broth with very little ground beef and beans. We wanted to order chicken tenders and fries, but they didn’t have them. Quite a few customers left because the restaurant didn’t have what they wanted to order. Chilli soup is the main reason we go to Wendy’s. We will not go back to this location.

During lunch the store is really busy that’s why our order came out a bit later than expected. The store is clean but slippery in the counter and around the soda fountain. Associates were nice.

Terrible. Don’t go here worse place ever I order doordash they gave me EVERYTHING WRONG! Said they were out of fries and spicy nuggets? AND BBQ SAUCE? Weird. When I had brought this to them manager on a phone call, he was severely rude about it yelling and got sarcastic and hung up. Will be calling cooperate!

Their system didn’t capture my order correctly and they took their out their frustration on me. I was yelled at by the manager and blamed by the team for slowing down the line. Then they got my order wrong a 2nd time.
I was very respectful throughout the process and listened to instructions. Im embarrassed for them and disappointed this is how they handled such a minor inconvenience.

This Wendy’s location is an easy access off the I81/33E exit. It is easy to get back on the interstate.
The food was fresh and service was excellent. I love their taco salad with chili. Rick loves a great chicken sandwich and crispy fries. We both gave 5 stars for meal quality. Rick also tried the strawberry frosty and stated it was just as flavorful as the chocolate Frosty. Now he has a choice the next time we come through.
Also by request: they will make an Arnold Palmer iced tea (half unsweetened tea/half lemonade) that is refreshingly delish! Try it yourself and tell them it came highly recommended in our 5 Star google review!
The dining room, condiment station and bathrooms were CLEAN. All told we had a great dining in experience. We will be back!

By far the worst Wendy’s experience ever. Dave would be rolling over in his grave if he saw the quality of our food. One slice of bacon on our baconater? The burgers where small and smashed, fries were cold and petrified. 75$ to feed a family of 4 this type of shit?

I paid more than I would have paid for my food because I ordered delivery and I still had to pay a service fee and tip. But my food didn’t arrive completely. Something was missing and the burger. I repeat, this is a burger without sauce. I don’t know how this company trains their employees to make such a mistake. It’s disrespectful and abusive to customers. If you can’t bring your brain to work, you should stay home.

They make you pay fifty cent for each sauce packet and slow the line down by doing so. This is the only fast food location that I know does this.
